We went for brunch. 5 star ambience. 5 star service. 5 star bloody Mary. The drinks were made well and the food is quite delicious. I had the shrimp and grits. The grits are the best I've ever had, hands down. I live in Virginia Beach or I would be a regular.

Brunch here is pretty good. The sausage is a tad spicy. They prepare the eggs with pepper. I recommend the burrito. Their hash browns are in small fired cake sizes, I like them well done and no need to add salt and pepper. Their breakfast sandwich is fulfilling as well as the fancy french toast. Must try a 'taste' of everything. (We practically ordered everything we could)🌝

My mom and I had a lovely evening here! It was our first visit, but definitely won’t be the last. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. We started with the bruschetta and some cocktails which were fantastic! We also ordered the Hangar and the Ahi Tuna Truffle bowl which were both SO delicious. I don’t think we left anything on any of the dishes đŸ€€đŸ€€ Awesome staff, awesome food! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you :)

This was my 1st time at Taste but definitely won't be my last! The food was amazing and service was great! I'm guilty of really going off the rails on weekends for brunch, but Taste provided great food. Ingredients tasted high-quality, fresh, and healthy. My iced hazelnut coffee was AMAZING. I can't wait to go back!

That was yum! Creative food, great service, nice atmosphere. Lighting could be a bit better (I like to see my food) but really that was the only downside. Appreciate the all-gender bathrooms!! ❀

Quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. Seems a bit overpriced. But hit the spot for me atmosphere wise. The food was good but not out this world. Granted, I'm vegetarian so a meat eaters experience could be totally different. The service was great despite only having one bartender working the entire bar

Came in today and tried the breakfast burrito. It was delicious! The service from Caroline & Caitlin was fantastic. They certainly followed covid guidelines and made us feel comfortable & safe. We will be back soon!

Friends, who are regulars, took my family to this wonderful establishment. The small plates style is always fun since you get to have more than one dish. Everyone loved their food. My drunken noodles and grouper dishes were fantastic and my son loved the chocolate pyramid desert. Unfortunately I didn’t have any room for dessert after eating both my plates and some of my wife’s. The server was also very good and nice. Highly recommend this place for your next nice dinner.

I had dinner at this restaurant for the first time this week and really enjoyed their food. The soft tacos were by far my most favorite from the menu. The servers went above and beyond. I will be returning!

My family and I went here for Mother’s Day Brunch and let me tell you... it was AMAZING! My mom, brother, and I are all vegetarians, so we were thrilled to see so many vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. I ordered the chia breakfast pudding which was delicious and my mom and brother ordered the beyond meat sliders and they have been raving about them since! Regardless of whether you’re vegetarian or not, you NEED to check out this place. You won’t be disappointed!!

Probably my favorite restaurant in Raleigh because it checks all the boxes for service, ambiance, food, and drinks. It’s relatively small which makes it the perfect intimate date spot. The menu changes, but the crab cakes and sliders are always a favorite (seriously, get the crab cakes!!) I always finish my meal with their coffee martini.

What a find this little gem is! We can't understand why it wasn't overflowing with patrons but can only surmise it's the location. You have to know its there. We had four small plates between the 2 of us with wine, just the perfect amount of food and so delicious! We had the hanger steak with cremini mushrooms, onion and a delicious sauce, pistachio encrusted ahi tuna with Avacado, the arugula salad and bruchetta with feta. It was all perfectly prepared and amazing flavors. Loved it!

The best shrimp and grits dish in the triangle without a doubt! Perfectly cooked fresh shrimp, sausage, mushrooms, and a poblano pepper cream sauce that really puts it on a different level and makes it unique. The grits are perfectly cheesy. It is only on the weekend brunch menu and I enjoy it at least once a month. The place is a cozy spot with a very clean and modern interior. All the food is delicious and the service is also excellent. I highly recommend this place.

AMAZING FOOD and AMAZING SERVICE! I was blown away by how accommodating the owner was after we showed up on a Saturday evening with no reservation- he not only managed to work us in to get a table when they were fairly booked up, but he treated us to a round of drinks and some delicious bruschetta for waiting for a table longer than he had intended. The owner is incredibility personable and made us feel like we were VIP. The cocktails are on POINT and the food is delightful! We will definitely be coming back!!

Food was amazing. Staff is awesome! Just a all around great establishment. Came with me my fiancĂ©e and friends. Made us feel right at home. Definitely will be a spot we frequent. 😊
