Amazing burgers! It doesn't get much better than this!! Even the fries are amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous!! Wish they had one in the Kernersville/Winston area.
Before we headed to the movies we tried out a new burger place. It was only drive-through and not dine in.
The drive-through person was efficient in the friendly.
The burgers were good. I had waffle fries with my combo and the wife had seasoned fries. I liked both of them although the season fries were a little bit more greasy than I would like.
My combo 1 burger was tasty and her combo 5 Burger I'm told was the same!
Why on earth would they get rid of the waffle fries???? Literally this is one of the major reasons I even get food here. I can't have seasoned fries because of allergies and that leaves me with just burger options. My daughter loves.the burgers though so can't complain totally but it was highly disappointing to not be able to get waffle fries today.
The food was great and it is very family oriented!! I was a little disappointed with the customer service. The cashier was not very friendly. She never asked ”how may I help you.” We had to initiate the transaction. I never understand why businesses get these unmotivated employees. It’s not a great reflection of management and leadership. Nonetheless, since I have no complaints about the food. I would visit again and hope for better service.
I didn’t go inside but the burgers and fries were good. Staff were really nice. Drive thru is a bit weird but mainly because it’s by a roundabout circle thing ! 😅
Stopped in to get a burger and shake, both were good. The overhead music system was playing news from a local tv station the whole time we were eating. Very depressing to hear about shootings and school lockdowns while we are enjoying a meal together. Most restaurants play music, not news. BTW, there are no TVs.
Hiding itself is a run-of-the-mill fast food place Back Yard Burgers is truly a top of the line Burger place.
I would definitely recommend a long the likes of Five Guys or Burger 21 they provide the same top quality food and ingredients with out the wallet busting prices
The service is always quick polite and attentive without being overbearing or dependent on time of day and staffing levels
Overall they give you a top line product and experience without charging a price making you regret your choice
I thought it was going to be a normal fast food burger but it 2as one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Oh and the fries were good too.

The burgers were amazing and so were the onion rings. The food is a lot better than what the place actually looks like inside but I would recommend to burger lovers out there
Dome of the best burgers for fast food, although a little more expensive than others but worth the price.
It's one of the few places that doesn't seem overpriced. I ordered the #7, which was surprisingly good. Recommend this place if you're looking to change it up from the normal fast food burger places.
