First of all, I wish they add soups again to their menu and the chicken salad sandwich.
Tried the brisket sandwich. It was delicious! I would love it more if the onions and green peppers were grilled tender.
Also tried the potato puff. It was ok, not bad. Small serving, suspected it was previously frozen and heated up in microwave based on steam.
The need to take chips off menu if they are going to rip off customers charging $1.79 for a 1 ounce snack bag!!! It should’ve came with sandwich.
Loved the Wake ave one but they closed. Then I found this one and I liked it even more. The staff is great. The bagels even better
Easy to understand and order through the drive thru. Polite staff. And bagel sandwiches were on point. I loved it!
This is by far the best Bruegger’s around! The service is always friendly & super quick. Plus (& most importantly 😉) the bagels here vs the same flavor Bruegger’s bagel at a different location taste better here. They just know how to do it right!

Great food but slow service and atmosphere sucks
Order online my food is always excellent there the only ones who give me a package with cream and sugar.
Staff there are super friendly and nice. The bagels are great and the cream cheeses are ok. They have lots of variety to choose from!

I work off of Western so I visit this location often - usually very early in the morning and have always had a great experience.
My husband and I went through the drive-thru on July 4th and the line was long and it took awhile to get through it - the guy inside was working so hard to get everything done and was so nice despite being so incredibly busy.
