This wasn't my first time going to Panera Bread but every other time I forgot my phone or camera. This is one of my wife's favorite places to go to. So it wasn't unexpected when she had a gift card and wanted to use it! There's ample parking in this Plaza where it's located. It even has a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside. Like every other time I've went there, the staff has been friendly. This restaurant was not available in Texas so every time I went in I've always had the cashier pick something that was their favorite, for me to eat. And this time around I got the chicken burger that I'm told is arrival of chick-fil-a's. A couple that with some mac and cheese and a beverage. The wife went with the Margarita Pizza that she loves, a sandwich and beverage. Both of them come with bread but there's a few other choices that you can choose from if you're not a bread fan. The food is tasty as always and I definitely would recommend the place to anyone who wanted to try. The only thing that I would say is the price tag is not like other fast food restaurants. Our food came to $42 so basically $20 per person as opposed to the $10 to $15 that seems to be the average at other places. I personally feel the food is well worth it.

Darren is the most kind human and employee ever. He was so uplifting and encouraging and deserves all the good in the world. He did a great job being patient with me while I decided what to order. 5 star service! The food was excellent. Quick service and clean seating. Huge selection of pastry and drinks as well as good deals on meal combos. they have convenient self service kiosks and rather intuitive online ordering for quick meals. Amazing hot sandwich option and basically gormet paninis. My favorite is the asiago bread bacon and roast beef panini. That, with a bowl of soup and bagget hits the spot. The staff was quick to clean off a table for me and made sure I had everything I needed for a enjoyable meal.

Enjoyed the brunch. Cup of Broccoli Ched Soup, it comes with french baguette. I took a coffee & it has a complimentary option only 0.99 cent (cookie/muffins). It has reasonable price.

Ok, the food is great and I love the fact that they use real plates, but I just need to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ROBERT (don't know his last name)!!!!! A few days ago, we stopped there on our way back from vacation, and I left my purse on the back of my chair. I only realized when we were at home, about 3.5 hours away. I called them and Robert took care of things right away: my purse and I were reunited 2 days after we were separated. Unbelievable customer service!!!

This older location is conveniently located but a little worn and unnecessarily noisy...this was due to several patrons having their laptops volume loud as they watched videos.... Customer and speed of service was GREAT... Over all I would recommend if you are with a party...
