I come here alot, the food is very delicious and the owner and staff are good people. My favorite is the jerk chicken!
I have had food in a few spots in the area. This one tastes the best. The food isnt too salty, rice has a good steamed taste, cabbage and chicken both taste great. Non-greasy, not overseasoned
It was fantastic!!! The owner is super nice. The staff are amazing. And their food?! Pffttt it's out of this world. I don't eat a lot of Jamaican food cause it seems like some people lose the love that you're supposed to put in food.

Fabulous jerk chicken plates...amazing jerk sauce. Can't wait for them to sell it by the bottle!! Trying oxtail today with my hubby!! They now have rewards...we were the first customers to use it!! 18 points so far and we will continue to build.

It's the only place I go here in Raleigh, to get authentic and delicious food from Jamaican cooks. The environment is always welcoming and the people there are always cheerful.

If you are looking for the best Jamaican food in Raleigh but not wanting to pay high prices, this is the place to go. It's a little holes in the wall that has been in Raleigh for several years and the quality of the food has not gone down. I had brown stew chicken, with rice and peas, and cabbage. They did not have plans available when I was there. The store is not upgraded. But the food is good and the service is excellent.
So far best Caribbean food I had in the Raleigh Durham area and I have been to all the most recommended places in the area. This review is based off of my second time visiting. The food has been good I got the Jerk chicken with the Mac and cheese and rice and beans and plantains. All for priced well. I also got some chicken and beef patties which both times were cooked well and tasty comparable to when I went to Jamaica. I do wish the sauce for the chicken was bigger or they give more other than that I recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic jerk chicken.
I give this place a 10/10. I ordered jerk chicken and it was GOOD! Chicken was flame grilled. The rice was perfect not to hard or to soft. The cabbage medley was also perfect. A perfect blend of delicious tasting vegetables. The portion of the small serving was a great amount for what I paid for. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys. Great food and good people.

This place is the best in the USA!! Seasoned to perfection.. Never cheated with just using leg quarters.. They use whole chickens.. The pic don't reflex there quality because I ate out of them already before I decided to take pictures... Haven't been in over 5 years since I moved from Raleigh but their food and service is still the same...
The food is awesome!!! I've tried several different menu items, and they never miss! The Mac and cheese could have more cheese, but the jaimacan food items are delicious. The restaurant isn't located in the best area, but it is worth the trip.

Read the reviews but had to taste for myself. Good value for your money. Portions were good. Excellent Jerk Chicken and Cabbage. Timing is everything. Caught the chicken very fresh from the grill. The chicken was well seasoned and falling off the bone. Cabbage was nicely done and not over cooked. Plantains nicely cooked and sweet. Will definitely be back to try more items. I will also try the other location . Would recommend. Quick service not crowded at all. Time was about 4:30 pm on Saturday.

The sides were better than the chicken. The chicken was really just okay. But you will get a lot of food for your money! This is a takeout place. There is no room to dine in.

Absolutely delicious and authentic Jamaican cuisine. Location is very small and stayed busy, so it took quite some time to get my food. I dont think they have AC. Food ordering and delivering seemed a little disorganized for others but mine came out quick and correct.
