Great, light lunch fare for a reasonable price. Although the ordering area is a bit "tight", the menu boards are easily read and the staff gets your order to those preparing the food pretty quick. Got to the City Club Raleigh after breakfast was being served so I went down to Cafe Carolina and found that Cafe Carolina serves breakfast till 11AM. Nice assortment of breakfast options. If you change the order they seem to get a bit confused.
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly unfortunately it is extremely busy and it's hard to find a seat as there is no hostess. They also don't clean off the tables often so you have to bus the table before you sit down. However. The atmosphere and food definitely make up for the few flaws
The food is tasty and reliable. Service staff is always pleasant. You can purchase a delicious baked good for $0.99 with a purchase of an entrée. I recommend the chocolate croissant.
