quick service, friendly staff, clean building and easy to get in and out of as long as moron kids aren't flying through the lot heading to the drive through
The McDonald's located at Falls Pointe was so kind on May 16 when I waited there for almost 3 hours for my Dad, then AAA to arrive. From the moment they noticed my car flopping to a parking space because of a flat tire, they came right out to see if there was anything they could do to help. They were checking on me during my "visit" and offered me free drinks while I was there. Today, May 17, I went by there again and they asked me about my tire problem. So sweet.
Dayana that works their at 10:13 rite now was very rude and when I didn't hear how much my total was she was aggressive while recording my cash. Then she slammed that window shut so I snatched my bag out her hands. I agree I coulda handled it better but she made my good mood bad. However, the other employees here are always really nice!
As a kid we all loved Mickey D's. I am not a fan of fast food as much now, but I have to say, the last time I needed a small bite to eat, I stopped in at this location. The cheeseburger was so fresh, I enjoyed every last bite. If I knew the food would consistently be this delicious, I would eat here all the time.
One of the better McDonald's good service very clean also food was good best steak biscuit period
WOW, what a way to start my morning. 2ND DAY in a row, i had ANTHONY, AT REGISTER. He is friendly, warm, professional, caring about the customers. He checked on me at the table on boyh visits. Kudos to him for being so KIND.
Speedy, accurate service. I strongly recommend this location over the nearby location on Wakefield Pines.
Lots of trash on floor in dining area. No cups for water, forced to purchase a drink.
Service and Food were on point! Also a clean and well organized dining area.
I just went there for a snack and a drink but they always have great friendly service at this location.
I was here at midnight, serve was pretty quick considering the time. The fries and nuggets I got seemed to be freshly made, as always they put way too much ice in the drinks. Overall a great place to visit if you're up for a snack late at night or early morning
Good McDonald's. We received a nice and kind service through the drive through, valga la redundancia. We ordered big fries, 10 nuggets, 2 ice cream cones, and a Caramel Sundae. Everything was good and was served quickly on our quick stop. We were in a rush and had a good time.
This is a nice McDonald's. It looks like it is newly built/remodeled with a modern design. The staff were courteous and quick to help. Also the dining area was clean. No dirty tables.
