I had the pleasure to partake in the teacher appreciation week event. One of them were the buy one, get one free on the menu.... I ordered the chicken bowl for me and my son. It was truly amazing. The presentation was flawless, the quantity was very good portion and I enjoy the customer service
Chipotle was love at first taste for me! I always order the same thing, a chicken bowl. I like white rice, pinto beans, veggies, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. I top of off with freshly squeezed lemon, chipotle Tabasco and the infamous chipotle salad dressing. Oh yes Lawd!! I am never disappponted. I heart Chipotle!
I probably eat at this particular location 3 times a week for the past year. They are always busy, but they are quick and efficient. Recently there has been a female employee that stood out to me. She has remembered who I was, commented on my hair, clothes etc. She's just a genuinely sweet girl! Today she was working the register. I hand her my card to pay and she informs me she has paid for my food. I was so thrown off gaurd, but she completely made my day. From this point forward I will only come to this Chipotle. Great place, zero complaints. Thank you for making my day! I will definitely be paying it forward.

Delicious food, clean and friendly place, the only down that I see is that everyday they put a little bit less meet on you plate, but other than that, this place rocks!

I always come to this location, usually once a week. They're always super fast and very friendly. Occasionally I've gone to the Glenwood Ave location and have ALWAYS been disappointed there. I'll stick to Falls of Neuse from now on!!!!

I wish I could give the service 10 stars because seriously everyone who works here is the best. Deja in particular. I come here all the time and she always greets me with a smile and she is such a hard worker. Whatever you’re paying her it should be double. Above that the people I encounter are so kind. Anytime I’m wondering where to get dinner I’ll pick here because I know I’ll leave with a smile. Thanks y’all! P.S. chipotle please bring back the chicken Al pastor 😭
I love chipotle and this place is always on point. Clean and organized. The staff is always attentive and fast with their service. A guy came in behind me with out a mask and the cashier promptly asked him to go get one while in store. This made me feel safe here, as well. The last preparing my food explained the build your own to me and it is the best deal ever. I got the taco ingredients, a small adorable chip bag, salsa, and a drink for under 6 bucks! Amazing!! Will definitely be back!
I frequent this Chipotle quite often over the last 2 years. The new manager Thomas (tall white guy with beard) is definitely about his business and 100% fair and approachable. I had to wait 10 mins for brown rice, which never happens, and was promised by a worker to get a discount.
After the food was made and I reached the cashier, she said she couldn't honor that promise. I was patiently waiting tmfor the manager, and explained everything calmy. He handled the situation professionally, apologized for the wait and accommodated me 100%. I got a discount for being patient and a loyal customer, and there were no hard feelings on either side. Shout out to Thomas!!!! Thanks again. I'll be back next week!
I put in a pickup order and before I got there someone grabbed it. The store was super helpful regarding something that wasn't they'd fault and had a fresh order ready quickly.
Stopped at the local Chipotle, ordered the chicken burrito and it was good. The staff was very friendly and the place looked very clean. It has a modern rustic look with lots of metal everywhere. The chairs are not very comfortable but it's ok for just a quick bite. There is bar counter & stools wrapped around the outer inside edge for seating but really nothing nice to look at outside the window. Tables only seat 4 but you can move them together if your party is larger. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because they charge you $1.40+tax for chips & they did not offer us any extra salsa for our burritos.
Compared to other North Raleigh/Wake Forest Chipotle outlets, this location has consistently high quality food & service.
This location makes my order accurately and generously with friendly and fast service.
The dining area cleanliness seems hit-or-miss, but I hardly notice or care because I order ahead carryout.
Only been here once but this is a good Chipotle and there are a couple I would drive past to get back to this one.

Mannnnnnnnnn. This is by far the best location in raleigh… IN NORTH CAROLINA. We tried the el pastor chicken and it was so good and fresh. Staff was nice and bowl was full to perfection. 10/10
