Pretty standard Domino's location. I'm only giving a 4/5 star because the location itself is a little hard to get to/get out of which messes with some of the delivery times. Other than that, it's pretty good.
I'm a return customer since I do alot of security for my boss at autobody 911 I use the one closest to me. The people there are welcoming, and engaging with the customers with respect. The food is delicious hot and well made. So thank you to the ones at South sonders st.
great customer service, manager is on point gets right to it. happy with the service he got my 22 pizzas i ordered on short notice out as quickly as possible and did a great job. will definitely come back to this location!

I’m giving them 5 stars. Not because they have exceptional service as most people might think. But because even when they mess up they always make it right. They are human and they have been dealing with staff shortages and other things. I remember I ordered pizza close to the super bowl and after waiting for 2 hours I called the store, the manager and entire staff had walked out and there was one person trying to run the entire store and make all the orders. Instead o canceling all of the orders (which would have been fair considering the circumstances) he was there trying to clean up the mess. I ended up picking up my order instead of having it delivered to make things easier. When they do good they do good but they make mistakes like any other business. The important thing is when they do, they always make it right. I will continue to order from them because of this. I have 5 hungry kids that love them some pizza. We need to remember everyone is human and subject to error. A little kindness goes a long way! Thanks for always doing your best and for making it right when you don’t.
Order online and food did take longer than expected so I drove up to the store to see what was taking so long. Meet the manager Greg he was very apologetic and polite. Even though the food was delayed Greg went the extra mile to provide professional customer service that you don’t not see anymore. If the food was on time this would be a 5 start review
I placed an order while at Sam's parking lot and drove down to the next street. Maybe waited 5 mins and my pizza was ready!!! They were friendly staff, hard at work and quick.. The restaurant was clean and organized. Their assembly line was working perfectly. I was taking pizza to my Bible study group and it was still hot when everyone arrived!!

We don’t always choose Domino’s for our pizza nights, but that has probably changed after our experience tonight. It’s a Friday night and the Dominos website has gone down temporarily. So, I called to place my order. The employee on the other end of the line was courteous and kind, repeating back my order just right. When I arrived at this location to pick up dinner, they were SLAMMED. Phone was ringing off the hook, the restaurant was packed with people waiting, pizzas were flying in and out of the oven. During this time, the staff, and in particular who I perceived to be the manager, was cool, calm and collected. They diligently did their best to answer every phone call and acknowledge every person who walked through the door. Though I had to wait just a little while for my pizza, the quality of the food is 10 times better than what the competition had been providing lately, and the staff kept me updated on my order status the entire time I was waiting. We will 💯 percent be returning to this location moving forward. I’m very impressed with their poise and candor during such a busy shift.
Friday March 24th 2023 Domino's on South Sanders Street did their thing on my Brooklyn style pizza I'm so proud of the night Crew from the one who took my order and took the time to explain to me how to get my 50% online order. Great customer service food was hot. Keep up the great work ❤️❤️

Everybody is human right? I give this location 5 stars....is it because they're perfect? Nope. It's because of the customer service I get from this place! Even if they make a booboo, they ALWAYS make it right. Thanks for being imperfectly perfect and always taking great care of me!
