Edited to add on 10/12/23: I couldn't find a survey link at the bottom of my receipts but I just want to say that I experienced the most personable person ever last night, Tiana, as she looked me in the eye and smiled when she greeted me and spoke with me and got me my order. Order. She told me my pizza looked particularly good which made us look even more forward to our dinner. I always have a good experience at this Pizza Hut curbside window and last night was no exception, thank you for having such great service!

My son brought takeout from pizza hut, the smell of the pizza was smelling so good I had to stop what I was doing, just to get a slice. 🍕😄

The staff made the experience very pleasant. My food was delicious.

I want to give a huge thank you to the manager at the New Bern Ave. Pizza Hut in the Tower Shopping Center tonight (11/4/21). We had placed an order online for delivery and one of the pizzas arrived way under cooked. I called and spoke with the manager and he offered to replace it and have it driven back out or to credit my husband's card. I told him I would appreciate the bringing another one out as it was our dinner. Y'all this manager is amazing and went above and beyond! Knock on our door and I just thought it was a delivery driver. I had a tip ready and tried to give it to him. He said please check the pizza to make sure it was ok. When I said yes, he said he was the manager that I had talked to on the phone. This man was as nice as can be on the phone and he not only fixed the issue but delivered it himself back out to our home. He wouldn't take the tip.. Best customer service ever!
