They need better quality control here. I ask for the same thing every time I go and it never taste the same. They really need to get better training on how to make drinks. My last time coming here. I get it, everywhere is short-staffed right now. But if you are so short-staffed that you can only handle one car through your drive thru every five minutes, maybe don't open. Or maybe pay your employees more money - I'd happily pay an extra $2 to not sit for 30 minutes in your parking lot.. Until
I always stop here at least once a week before carpool at my daughter's school and they are always so friendly! I always enjoy my experience when I stop there. No matter what coffee drink I get, it's always so good and made perfectly!
I’m very dissatisfied. This same situation has happened twice where they close the Dunkin way to early. It was 2:30 when me and my mom tried to enter the store on a Sunday. The doors were locked and there was very loud music playing. A teenage boy walked away when he saw us trying to enter the Dunki
Slowest service. Some staff are unfriendly, including the manager. Won't be back after waiting 20 mins in drive thru for a mobile order. Fix your store or make room for Tim Hortons. LOL
I have been here three times in the last two weeks and they are out of my first, second, and third choices of donuts. the caramel in my salted caramel drink is non-existant.I encourage this store to improve its standards immediately.
Drive thru is always backed up. Claim of staffing shortage when there are employees standing around seems wrong. Some employees are super friendly, but some are also the exact opposite. This location needs a lot of work.... I'll be going just a little further from now on.
This store is the most inconsistent store when I order my latte, The same drink I have been ordering for years. I now go out of my way to a different location on my way to work so I know that I’m not going to spend $5 on a coffee that’s not what I ordered.
