This restaurant really need more staff and help with the dinning room area as well as the bathrooms. Dinning room area ,the tables are sticky, soda spills on counter tops, bathrooms with no paper towels or soap in the dispenser. I've stood at the counter while one of the staff was taking a break,watching me stand waiting for someone to take my order for about 16 minutes. Then the staff that was on break seen me take some pictures of what was going on, then decided to wash her hands and take my order 🙄. And I don't understand the sanitation rating, with food on the floor etc. I have other pictures but this should be good enough to prove my point.
We all know its a chain restaurant and they have a standard. But that doesn't always mean every location is on point where it should be. Store was clean and well kept. The Service was fast amd right on point. Delicious and made exactly as you asked for. Definitely one of the better locations in the area.
Food was excellent! Service through the drive thru wasn't that great, lady taking orders sounded either high or exhausted, had to repeat my order several times. Not a place I would visit after dark.
The staff here is exceptional! They are professional, polite, quick and helpful. They truly give chic fila a run for their reputation of being leaders in customer service. Keep up the good work.
Always good and you get the same quality of food all the time . Pretty much cooked to order
Typical Wendy's. This one has been at this location a long time . Fairly easy in/out and good drive through service.
I had a bad experience yesterday. However today’s food and service was much better.
Wendy's is always great. I find their food consistently good and tasty. The french fries are always hot. Unlike some of the competitors,. I have never received cold fries at Wendy's. Dave Thomas had a wonderful vision. I think he hit the mark!!!
