When you talk about chain ice cream parlors, Cold Sone is the only one I will go to and they have amazing ice cream cakes too!
I love this place because not only is the ice cream great but the staff is always nice and welcoming. I had a man come up to me out of nowhere and the staff noticed I was uncomfortable so she asked me if I needed someone to walk with me and she called another staff member ( I’m not sure if she’s the assistant manager) and she walked walked me out to my car to make sure I was safe. Thank you again
Super busy place but attentive staff and even made me a classic that's no longer on the menu.
Great ice cream from a very good chain. Personal favorite is the chocolate cake batter. There are so many toppings you can customize on your I've cream that it's insane. If you have never been to a cold Stone I highly recommend it. Their ice cream is heavy though so start with a small before ordering something larger!
I thought I had a coupon on my phone for buy one get one free. when my phone acted up at the register, the staff, who had already been kind and positive, honored the coupon anyways! This was a really sweet way to wrap up my husband and mines 3rd anniversary celebration night! We were thrilled with our experience at this cold stone!
