It was a very rainy day & hard to hear & staff was very patient with me. Answered all my questions & helped me figure out what I really wanted. The food was good except fries were little cold.
Went there for the first time in a couple years and food was great as usual. The manager even spoke to me and asked how I was doing. She said that she missed me coming in there in the morning like I used too and said that the usual crowd that I knew has started coming back. Said I will have to come back some morning to see everyone.
I stopped by the drive thru after typical dinner hours and there was hardly anyone there. However, the staff was friendly, they had a good sanitation grade and my food was made when I ordered it so it was hot and very tasty. I did have to wait a few minutes for my food to be prepared, but it was far better than most places that have stale end-of-the-night food! This location was vastly better than others that I have been to in the past.

Great meeting place great location! I will stop here as an exchange point and one day I went inside. The manager I was making sure that everything was in place oh, it was not busy and he was instructing me employees on what to do which was keeping the place clean and neat for patrons. When he saw that the fries were not hot he apologized for the way but said he wanted to make my son fresh fries. I did not argue LOL now before we meet and exchange we go inside and have Burgers french fries and chicken strips. It's nothing like having fresh fast food it makes the experience better.
The drive thru was a little slow but worth the wait. The new Garlic burger was great! Cheesy fries were good. The swiss mushroom burger must have been good ,my husband didn't complain. Staff was friendly.
I really like their food, just wish fresh hot fries would come with your order and not reheated ones. On the random chance you get fresh, hot fries, usually your main food item is not hot. Staff are always friendly though.
I like Hardee's the food is always fresh and I don't mind waiting 5mins for a hot meal, I have been visiting this place every other Wednesday and I plan to continue doing so

It was late on a Tuesday evening. We were glad to wait for hot burgers and fries. Fries were as good as MickeyDs.
Friendly staff. Almost always good, hot food. Just please take it easy on the condiments. The last few times my burgers were soaking wet with mayo and mustard.
I see a lot of reviews that are negative here. And I do not mean to discount them. Maybe they have gone under new management or ownership. We went this morning and the drive-thru was moving at a steady clip. The people were nice and the food was hot and fresh. We were in and out in about 3 minutes and there were 4 or 5 other cars. I hope that people will give this place a chance...or a second chance. But I understand the value of time and how difficult it can be to take chances with it...as well as our money.
I have eaten breakfast at this store for 25+ years and the food is good and rarely have they made a mistake. They recognize my order now.
First time in a Hardees... great experience!
I was there with a friend who was blind, and the counter staff patiently explained the menu to him.
We even met the older woman who works there, and it was obvious that she could work harder and faster than me, so...
She's some kind of a local celebrity, judging by the conversations among the other customers
