Unfortunately we recently had a terrible experience here (just yesterday ). We used to love it here and I even had my medical school graduation catered here a decade ago. Since the pandemic, this restaurant isn’t the same. Perhaps it’s a staff shortage.

My wife had the Angle hair spaghetti and Shrimp, I had The Hamburger cooked absolutely to perfection (medium rare). Both meals were AWESOME!!! However, the appetizer was INCREDIBLE!! It was the meatball in a special sauce.
Formaggio pleasantly surprised me for dinner and breakfast. Staying at the hotel, I was just too damned lazy to take an Uber to an "outside" eatery, so "settled" for what I thought would be another mediocre restaurant within a hotel. Such was not the case. The staff are friendly and attentive. T
went in around 10pm and only the bar was open. the staff was still really nice and made a pretty strong bacon old fashioned; it's exactly as it sounds. most likely won't ever order it again, but it was a good experience

Good food, limited menu. But they do what they do well. Will visit again.
