The chicken and avocado burrito is good. Prices are ok. The interior is clean and inviting at this location. I tried the fitness bowl. The quality of the lettuce did not live up to expectations set by the Pollo loco TV commercials. The grilled chicken was quite OK.

I like i can pour my own drink, same at subway.

Great service and to my surprise, the new menu item(tortilla soup) was extremely tasty and the serving portion was very generous. It's a must try!

This place is extremely busy however, they took the time to separate well done chicken from regularly done chicken for me. I have to say excellent customer service here.
