After spending a night here and reading the reviews I can only come to one conclusion. You must have to be a regular to like this place. A coworker picked it to have a small get together for a recent retiree. The woman ( I believe is an owner) could not gave been more rude and inhospitable if she tr
Love this place. A small business, run by a great family. The food is fresh and delicious, with a huge menu. Great selections at the full bar, too. Prices are as reasonable as you'll find just about anywhere.
A comfortable, friendly spot for lunch. The burgers are large and very tasty, especially the Oak Street burger. The piece of fish on the fish and chips plate was enormous. A good selection of beverages and a chill atmosphere.
My husband's chicken sandwich was awesome. Split the huge seafood platter with my teen, it was good but not great. The scallops were delicious and the shrimp and clams were good but the fish ended up in the trash... way overcooked and dry inside.
Marinated steak tips and baked haddock were well prepared and delicious. Will definitely visit again!
UPDATED Place had 5 tables out of 15 I'd say, the waitress was saying how the dinning room was full and sorry for the wait, and she said she was by her self.. Waited long enough I'd say.. Walked out. Keep hearing good things about this place. Maybe another time, we'll see. UPDATE... Sat at the bar
The food was so good. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Atmosphere was good as well. We got the steak and cheese eggrolls (it comes with extra cheese for dipping!). For our entrees we got the steak tips and the Buffalo chicken sandwich, both were really good. Can’t wait to go back.
This is a quaint Hometown bar. the beer on tap is relatively inexpensive with interesting options. The pizza that we have was very delicious.
