This was our 1st time eating there. There was 10 of us in our party we were going to Charlestown slots and we decided to stop their because we heard good things about the food and it was well worth it. We were from out of state and we go to Charlestown about 5 times a year so yes guess we're we are going to eat the next time we go, the food was that great and the people were really nice.
Hands down one of the best servers. Our meal was given to someone else so we ended up waiting well over an hour total before our meal. But the waitress was so kind and sweet she made a bad situation okay. They took care of our meal. And the food was delicious.
My 1st time here w/some peers and was seated and waiting 20 minutes (later found out the person working this station wasn’t at work)before anyone checked on us for drinks, silverware, or ordering. The mgr was gracefully approached by one of the ppl in our party (about our situation)and then proceeded to take our orders and all was politely correct in the moment. The food was great overall!
We were seated quickly, even on a Friday evening at dinner-time. The food was straightforward, and the waiter friendly.
Located in Ranson city in West Virginia definitely the Glory Days Grill is a awesome restaurant for lunch or dinner with the many options of beers (brand mark or handmade)!
Service was really slow and they had plenty of help. I just think we were forgotten about. They were not busy at the time. And 3 employees seemed to always hang out at the end of the bar. Anyways, my meal was AWESOME and on point. Got the steak, Brussels and potatoes. It was great. Even got the Elephant Fries. (Or whatever they are called) they were a nice sweet treat to share.
