One thing I would recommend the owner to do is to seal under the door. I could feel the chilly wind blow through the seam. This would save some energy bill in winter.

Rooms were huge! Bed was comfortable. Employees friendly. A little dated but clean. Had some interesting bugs in the bathroom but they weren't anywhere else in the room - maybe because it's spring time? Or because the window in the bathroom?
