I must say, never had it, finally opened one here in reading area, I must say the best! Rolls were soft as can get, and don't fall apart, the meat was very tasty and everything was fresh! My new steak place.

This is my new “go to” when I’m craving a cheesesteak! The Jersey Mike’s Famous Cheesteak (w/extra cheese of course!) was delicious!!! I think I exclaimed Oh My God! with every bite! Next time I’m going with the large instead of the regular.
Great chicken cheese steaks and the staff did a great job of keeping it moving with a big crowd.
Pastrami sandwish taste really good. Is hard to find a pastrami in this area.
Went there about two weeks ago. With the store being very new it was understandably VERY busy. The line moved efficiently and when it was time to order the staff was very friendly. I got some additional condiments on my #13 and it was prepared exactly as I wanted and VERY tasty. Prices are good and especially for the quality of the subs. Will definitely be returning on a regular basis!

Have been going there ever since they first opened. I love the sandwiches and I always get the #5 so often with the same thing on it.The waiter told me from now on just ask for it Mike's way...I thought that was great. So I am a regular customer and loving it....

The fresh meat slicing prior to assembly of your sandwich is a " Great Touch" that works on so many levels.
Priced on the high side for a regular sized sandwich , chips , fountain drink for approx $11.50. I found it well worth it on each of my nearly dozen visits. Friendly staff , fresh fixings . Great cream soda on tap . A family of 4 could expect to drop $50.00 , that's obscene for Berks county but the place is busy . I reccomend stopping in for a Hero....

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's on 11/8/20 at 5:50 which is important because I want this review to reflect specifically on those working that day and time. I received better treatment and customer interaction here than at some high-end restaurants I've been to. It felt like red carpet treatment. Very impressed. I did have a phone in order and arrived early. Immediately I was greeted and the 2 guys I spoke with were eager to tell me about Jersey Mike's and how good the food is and during our conversation they felt I've waited too long and gave me 2 free sub cards. I didn't think I waited long but definitely appreciated the gesture. It's nice to see employees taking pride in their work and company. It's safe to say Jersey Mike's takes care of the employees by the way they perform. The way the sandwiches are made seems the way of a Subway except Jersey Mike's is so much better. We got a few cheesesteaks and Italians that were excellent and everything was fresh and one of my biggest problems at places when calling in an order is, they always screw it up. Not Jersey Mike's. They made all the sandwiches just how I asked without having to ask me again how I wanted the sandwiches made. Plus it was very clean inside. I have nothing bad to say only a positive experience from the second I walked in, until the time I left. The owner or manager should let all these employees know what an awsome job they did. Jersey Mike's on 5th street is an example how all employees should treat the customer while selling awsome food. Go online and check out the menu. They will make it just how you want it.
Always awesome, I found a Jersey Mike's around 2001on Greenville Ave, Dallas Tx and I've been enjoying the great tasting sandwiches since then. Huge difference from anyone else doing sandwiches due to their secret mayonnaise, for those who need the mayo to make a sandwich don't miss out and get it Mike's Way with mayonnaise. The best Tuna fish sandwiches!
Never any issues! Requested extra meat and it sure was loaded! Gluten free are always made carefully and never any issues for my lady 👌👍.... Thanks keep it up
