I love this place! It’s the perfect place to go and have some amazing appetizers and some delicious beers to start of a night of downtown fun! The peanut butter chicken is stupid good and I highly recommend it! Also, ALL of their beers are delicious! I am more of a vodka person and have never been a fan of beer but they have changed my mind on that. I usually get the “I’ll have another” or the blackberry one, I don’t remember the name for it tho
Service has always been great! It sucks to see people complaining about a new business and “15 minute wait times”. That’s just ridiculous and those people are obviously misererable humans. I’ve gone with a group of 12 and didn’t have problems with waiting for service, just friendly, helpful waiters and waitress. Keep up the good work guys! I’ll be back Friday with my family
If I could have one little tiny complaint it would be this, there is a burger called the Jefferson BBQ burger and I personally think you should keep politics out of your business. I personally don’t agree with the whole state of Jefferson thing so it’s a little off putting but that’s just my opinion
It’s nice to have a place in town that you know you won’t be disappointed. There’s a few places in town that are my go-to place when I don’t want to take a chance at a sub par meal. Final Draft has worked it’s way into a go-to spot for me. Every time I go there is a new beer on tap, and a great selection. Not to mention the best Philly Cheesesteak in town!!!
Super friendly! Clean, great service and a staff that deserves props. Oh yeah the beer selection is on point! Highly recommend this place.
Stopped in for an early lunch, there where 2 large groups there already. Great service and great food. we had the Turkey and swiss sandwich, asked if they could make it a lettuce wrap and waitress said sure, also added avocado. tried the Fuego Verde amber ale and it was Fantastic. 6 kinds of peppers, the flavor was there with just a hint of heat in the finish. Bart, one of the owners came by and chatted with us.
Final Draft Brewing Company has rapidly become my favorite place to go out with friends.
The food and beer are excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
If you haven’t tried it, you should.
One of my favorite places to go for a beer or just to get out. It’s perfect. Great beer selection, food is good, the atmosphere is amazing. It’s never over crowded which I like. There is sports on tv, cool people and a real good hometown feel to it. I go here about once a week. Sometimes not even for a beer but a nice salad, appetizer and the feel good vibes. I love that it is family friendly. When there are kids here they are always behaved kids. I love the games available to play and great service.
Love this place. The home of my new favorite beer. Go get yourself an Attitude Adjustment it’s yummy. Our server was awesome and I left without tipping, when I realized I felt like a tool. . I took her tip in today. Looking forward to returning Saturday.
Went there today, had the Jefferson burger. That has been the best meal I have had there!
Great food , great service, great beer very friendly place Will definitely go again !

Excellent place! I loved the Humboldt blueberry cider and the poppers were to die for. Great place to spend time with friends!
This restaurant has an active brewery inside. Tables are spaces out. Big screen TVs with sporting events on. Pleasant staff. Their menu is not very long. Ordered pretzel bites and beer cheese for an appetizer, very good. They have some unique burger choices. I ordered the peanut butter jelly time. Very tasty, something different. Came with different options as a side. I chose the onion rings which were made in house, not frozen. If you are looking for a brew house to dine at, I highly recommend this restaurant as one of your choices. I don't have anything bad to bring up. There is also an outside dining option.
We tried this place for lunch! We were excited to try it & weren't disappointed. We had the beer pretzels for appetizers & they were yummy. We had a few different beers, we even got some to go. The brisket burger & the Jefferson were delicious & Ioved their fries. We will definitely be back.
Pros: Easy to find, ample parking. Pickle fries are perhaps the best I've ever had (picture of half the order after we'd eaten some). Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and dog friendly.
Cons: Spotty service -- no check back to refill drinks, check on food, etc. Daughter's salad was pretty light on the tuna. Wife's California Burger was okay and cooked properly but a lot of bun. My Fish And Chips were greasy, soggy, and almost 24 hours later my digestive tract really wishes I'd just left them on the plate. They were also, essentially, fish sticks -- so when the menu says "4 pieces" it's four fish sticks. The sidewinder fries were good although the didn't come with the dipping sauces I requested -- which I would've pointed out if anyone had ever come back to the table.
Summary: Next time I find myself in Redding I'll find someplace else.
Great dog friendly patio. The Attention Deficit imperial IPA was soooo good. Fragrant and just the right amount bitterness. The Julie Brown was a great example of an American Brown. Nice and Malty. I had the Baja Burger with the Chili peppers and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries were different and really crispy and good, coated in beer batter, what could be better? The onion rings where great too although there weren't really enough to share. Hubby let me have ONE! The staff was super friendly and they played great music. Definately worth a stop!
Best wrap I've ever had. Fabulous beer selection, clean establishment, friendly staff despite being busy in this understaffed world. Would definitely recommend.
I've tried final draft a couple times now and it has a pretty good selection of food and malt beverages. their Cobb salad is tonight for and the Fish and Chips aren't too bad either, service is good, prices are reasonable there are some fun games and things to do in there as well. they did seem to have a nice selection of classic rock music playing at all times which makes you want to stay and just enjoy the environment there.
Update: 6/2022
Tried this place again, poor service is an understatement. Had a few waitresses pass by us 4, and after 15 minutes, we finally had to flag one down for a menu and some water. It wasn't too busy, maybe they were short staffed.. but it still was slow.. Good food.. but I'll not be going back soon.
We've had food twice here. First time was takeout brisket sandwiches that were not anything great. Second time we went to dine-in during happy hour. My partner was happy with their salad & happy hour appetizers of fried artichoke hearts & fried macaroni balls. I had a really sweet and smoky brisket burger with crisp battered onion rings. We tried a few different beer samples, and the best ones were the hoppy IPA, the blackberry blonde, and the aged porter--the only one that tasted okay was the red ale with very little sweet malty flavor to it. All in all a really nice brewery with filling food.
Great beer selection. Something for everyone. Food is good pub food. Nothing special, but very well done. Seems to get a bit busy for how many staff they have in hand, but they do decent job service wise still. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!
