Tried to order 2 burgers, ketchup only. After explaining three times I didn't want bacon. Just bun, patty, ketchup I received my burgers which have pickles. It's not a hard order, this is the third time they've messed up this very basic order.

I've been here about a dozen times so far, always using the drive through. The food quality is what you can expect at Burger King. As far as I can recall, they never messed up my orders, which is quite rare at fast food places. So, extra points for that. They are not cheap when it comes to the sauce
