We are a self- proclaimed foodie family. Even the kids snub their noses at greasy kids’ options and unimaginative menus. But Pho House is a place we all love. From the super fresh salad rolls to the bottom of that giant bowl of delicious pho broth, we slurp up every bite. In my opinion, this may be the best food in Redmond. Fresh, handmade, delicious and consistent. Always. The waitstaff is always sweet and sort of dreamy (but not lazy) and the atmosphere is what it is: a strip mall on the highway. The beautiful paper lights and other decor help, but no one goes there for what’s on the walls. Go for the kitchen. Eat and be happy. Thanks for being awesome Pho House!

Why didn’t we find this little gem sooner. Crispy chicken wings were the best ever. Vietnamese sandwich is amazing. Service is top notch.

Food is great! Prices are very reasonable! Best chicken pho in Central Oregon. Haven't tried other items because we like the chicken pho so much, but got to think it is all top notch.

No need to go to Portland anymore for Pho Beef... Definitely returning to this hidden gem.. my new favorite spot that is closer to home!! If you haven't tried it, it's definitely a 1 of a kind taste

Good find. While waiting for my next class to start I decided to give this place a shot, as I am in love with Pho.
Walking in I was greeted with a smile and was shown to a seat right away.
Without looking too much at the menu I ordered the Pho with the traditional fixing (meatballs, tripe, etc.) and the Vietnamese coffee.
Prior to this I had always just had my coffee prepared for me and served in glass of ice with condensed milk and their coffee. This time they gave me a glass with ice and a mug with condensed milk with a metal tin on top which dripped coffee into it. I asked for quick instructions which the owner was happy to explain. Since this occasion, I'm thrilled when I find restaurants that do this. Its a bit of a wait for it all to finish, but I find it is part of the experience and the coffee is SUPER sweet, but delicious.
Once the pho arrived it was as I expected Pho to be. Nothing overly fancy, but with all the fixings so you can customize this bowl to your liking. I was quite happy afterwards.
Since that first time, I've been back several times and always have had good service. I even spent a bit of time BSing with the owner and is a great down-to-earth guy.
I'm not familiar with the rest of the menu as every time I'm there I just get excited to have Pho!
Amazing! Warning do not order a large for yourself, way-way-way too much food for one person. I ordered the Veggie Pho which I grabbed to go. It was prepared quickly (under 10 minutes) and came in a nice neat "Pho-to-Go" pack which came with everything necessary to eating on the run. The staff was super friendly and even offered me something to drink while I waited. I could easily make this place part of my daily diet. Redmond, you're lucky to have this gem of a Restaurant available to you daily.
My all-time favorite place to eat is the Pho House! My husband love this restaurant so much that at one point we were coming in every Friday night & called it our pho Friday date night. Seriously, it’s amazing pho. I’ve tried a couple of different items & the chicken pho is my favorite. My husband loves the beef pho. The chicken egg rolls are always a favorite, very crispy. The Vietnamese iced coffee is always a must, don’t skip the coffee!!
The service is great, the guy who runs the register & orders is the most kind soul & we have always had the best service with him!

Owner Nicole has always taken great care of me! I don't believe I've ever had a bad meal here at the Redmond Pho house. And they stamp a card when you pay with cash after 5 stamps you get half price on your entree!

My wife and I went here after a day of errand running in Bend. Back in the day down in So Cal I used to get pho after a night of fun to tame the hangover, but I dont drink anymore. My wife wasn't feeling too hot after her booster, so I thought some delicious hot broth would make her feel better. She had never had pho before, and it was right on the money!
The dining floor is tiny - 5 booths and a table for an 8 top. It was slightly dimmed inside, which I prefer much more than blazingly bright. Their menu is extensive - 5 or so apps, pho, rice dishes, noodle dishes, salads and bahn mi sandos. We shared a fried shrimp appetizer which was good, and my wife had the large chicken pho ($15.95). I had the large special pho, which has everything but chicken, and opted to add tripe ($17.95). Both were delicious!! Big bowls of broth, and lots - I mean lots of ingredients within. I counted 8 pieces of meatball alone, where @other places I've only gotten 2 or 4 max.
For those that dont know, pho broth takes more than a day to prepare to get it rich and gelatinous. Our server was a young lady, friendly and efficient. I can tell that the cooks in the back are making each pho fresh because its didn't come out right away like fast food - it was piping hot which allows for the blanching of the condiment plate that comes with pho. When she brought out the condiment plate for us to share, I thought I was going to have to ask for another one, but glad I didn't because of the loaded bowl. Rich, fragrant and full of steeped flavor that makes you keep slurping away. Plus, there is a notyle of hoisin sauce on the table to sweeten it up if you like.
Definitely going back there again!
Really good. I had always made excuses to not go and find a pho restaurant in Bend but i was impressed with the food. The restaurant is small complex. The dining area is small, dark, but clean. Service was great but this isnt fast food. They seem to get alot of doordash orders and the kitchen isnt big. The wait is worth it. We ordered the pho and bun. Both exceeded expectations and is now our go to thai restaurant. They have a few vegetarian options but the chicken pho was unreal. They have lots of condiments that can be requested. More than other thai places ive been to. They do not have a huge drink selection so dont expect a beer menu that you might be used to at other restaurant. The food is definitely the headliner hear.
I’ve gone to 6 different pho places in 2 countries in just the last few months and this is definitely a favorite! i ordered the combo pho and it was delicious! the staff was so friendly and our server did a great job. so happy to have stopped in redmond for the night on our road trip. we will certainly be coming back on our way home. :)
