The staff was friendly. Let me sample the flavors and even suggested the last discounted Valentines' Day cake (I politely declined). They were very patient with other guests that came in behind us who had never had Cold Stone. I love seeing the energy. That's how you gain loyal guests.
This is some of the best ice cream around. It's a shame it's so expensive or I would go more often. It's usually 30$+ for the 4 of us to get small ones.
Always great ice cream and it's nice they have a dairy free ice cream (silk chocolate).
Favorite ice cream place and some of the best service I've seen, mainly because I saw some more "wild" children that had no filter at all, but the workers still delivered and it was delicious for a delicious price!
Last coldstone in the Central Oregon area. Make sure you stop by and get a custom made ice cream creation. Love it here and everything is amazing. Crushes Baskin n Robins in every way. Worth the drive from Bend.

My family and I were passing through Redmond on our way to spend Memorial day weekend, and my wife's birthday in Bend. As a surprise, I had pre ordered (online, 5 days prior) a custom ice cream cake to be ready for pickup on our way
Best ice cream I've ever had. Manager was awesome. Every bite felt like a little taste of heaven. Absolutley amazing would recommend this place to anyone.
They could have had the absolute worst customer service and I'd still give a 5 star review...that's how good this place was!!

Love it here. They have different flavors, you can also sample. The ice cream is very rich. If you have a milk sensitivity I would only get the smaller size. They have different candy, and cones that you can pick from.
I can never eat too much icecream there it is so rich. The server was very kind and gave me a small serving with 2 flavors. It was just the right amount of icecream and I got a chance to try 2 flavors.
I love Cold Stone it's such a treat the people are wonderful and if they make a mistake they take care of it with love. I asked for a retired specialty combo and the super nice and amazing employee made me the Health Nut! It's my favorite and I haven't had it in years. It was perfect and she made it with great love 😍
Awsome place! Yummy ice cream and the employees were fun and one could tell they love their jobs! The whole experience was a blast. I will definitely be back!
