I would like to complain. I asked for an ice soy latte because I can not drink milk. I asked the guy that works there if the container was soy milk he agreed that it was. Recently found out hours later, that it wasn't. You guys need show your customers that you guys have soy milk. Will not come back
I ordered a flat white at the kiosk and I mentioned to the barista that I had 125 stars for a free drink, they took $5.45 plus my 125 stars. I don’t think the barista knew what they were doing. I was ripped off!!
Drinks always delicious and made quickly. Staff super friendly and some freebies because I've been going often for years.
Their staff are all very friendly. The drinks are always freshing. & they remember my name...well, i am there every day.. Lol
