Great location. It will be nice if the staff greet and recognize that there are customers in the store. Otherwise good location to get ice cream, not so busy location.

Best ice cream ever, it's so delicious and comes at such a great price. The staff are so friendly, polite, cheerful and patient. This is definitely the best ice cream shop in the Reno area and i recommend everyone should go! So good it makes my yumpa tingle!!

Quick service. No line wait. Moderate prices. Friendly staff. Comfy indoor seating. Nice ambiance. They give you your ice cream before you pay and that's baller fs. You get to watch them prepare it too like subway or something. Lot of variation to order (they accommodate anything like dutchbros).
