Just stopped by for a snack not even a whole meal. Fries were so stale and hard and my egg rolls were super hot on the out side and frozen on the inside. The only guy working was the one taking my order every one else was standing by the window yelling and talking so loud I had to repeat my request
Horrible service and rude employees. They messed up more than half my order and charged extra. They didn't even get the order close to correct, I ended up with 7 random tacos when I didn't order anything like that. They also didn't have ANY milkshakes and that's kinda the whole point of jack in the
I was disappointed, with the overall cleanliness of the place. There was a huge spill on the floor, with a Caution Sign, however, the spill went far beyond the caution sign. There were plenty of worker's standing around and none of them cleaned off any of the dirty table's. I won't return.
Second time I've tried to get the tacos here, and they are "out of stock".
Just save your time and go to the one by Meadowood, which always has tacos.
Got the 7 chicken sandwiches we ordered. I also ordered for medium French fries. They gave the size medium alright. But in curly fries. Not French fries. I later asked for ranch. He gave me more ketchup. And am not the only one with a bad view of this particular Jack in the Box.
People in the headset are very rude or disrespectful and talk to you like however they feel like it, the food is good but the dining room is always closed, at this point I'm never expecting it to open they also make you wait long for 4 orders on tini tacos.
Staff is always friendly when you dine in. Not so much through drive thru, in my past experiences. Dine in is clean 85% of the time. Food was okay this time. Usually good from this location.
