What is there to say? It's a fast food burger place. Several times, they have left out some of my order when I go through the drive through but they always make good on it when I call and tell them. I would suggest checking your order before you leave the drive through, especially when you order
THIS IS THE BLACK HOLE OF BURGER KINGS! Never ever will I go back. Shorted my order via drive through. Entered store to fix order. Treated me in a unprofessional manner. Produced my receipt. I was a regular there! Looking forward to a ChickFilA going in that area. ADIOS BURGER KING!
I don't think "fast food" should take 1 HOUR in the drive-thru to receive.
Something happened at this location because they use to be quick and timely. Now the line is always held back at the ordering screen and they let one car go thru at a time very slowly..?

It was absolutely the worst service the nasty 🤢 fries 🍟 and ordered a Dr. Pepper and was given a diet coke the person working window is not the one who handed me my food the whooper was go oof after I took half the lettuce 🥬 off. Burger King 👑 was my favorite but after tonight I am not so sure
I notice too in the drive thru takes a while, where I just dine in. The reason I give a higher rate then others, because personally I am a dine in guy when it comes to fast food.
For a while the dine in was not open due to staff shortage, but recently now the dine in is open and clean.
Stood there for seven minutes, was glanced at three times and no service was offered at all. As we were leaving I hollered “thanks for the service-we will go elsewhere “. We were told to” have a nice day “. They don’t have a clue that they just missed out in a very large order for a group traveling
Just wasted pretty much all of my hour lunch break due to how SLOW the drive thru was. I won't be wasting my time going back there again. This location has lost mine and my family's business permanently!
