Fur Veteran’s Day I decided to bring my husband for an ice cream, since he love it! Soggy cones, young and no experienced staff (not their fault just need more training) very dirty store. Sorry but our first and last in this place :(

Good icecream as usual, staff terrible. Terrible food handling practices to say the least... I really never thought I would have to walk someone through how to scoop icecream. Job is to know the menu and scoop icecream....neither of which anyone here could figure out. Dont go to this location unles

Pretty good ice cream. Really dirty store. The cash register screen back, view customers see, is filthy. Floors, counters and glass dirty. I love BR. Get a grip owners. I am done buying Ice Cream till you clean up your place.

I love the ice cream here. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I got an ice cream cookie Sandwich for the first time and the cookies were rock hard. Ice cream sandwiches are supposed to have soft cookies guys. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Walked in with my mask on. My 5 and 10 year came with. They forgot their mask in the car. Young man working said " I can't have you in the store without a mask on!" Which is a rude way to say- Could you please go get your mask! So I sent my son to get his mask. Then I asked if my daughter needed one
