We have patronized Jay Berry's Cafe for years as the food is great, fast, and most important, friendly where we feel valued.
After Covid-19 hit they went to all take out or limited seating as required, but still maintained their values above.
Their Business flow has been reduced as well as have many of our favorite servers, and yet their Cheerful friendly attitude greets us as we go there two or three times a week.
Jay Berry's Cafe located just South of Renton on State Rte. 900, Renton Issaquah Highway is such an asset to this area, and a Beacon of Light during these Tough Times and I can't wait till we once again have to wait 5, 10, or 15, minutes for a table, as the place is filled with friendly patrons during most mealtimes, with food served in the Bar and Outside Seating, when weather permits.

I went here for lunch. Got a Reuben to go. I love Reubens and this one was great! The place is very clean with very helpful and pleasant staff.
What more can you ask for these days?
Always the best. Love their breakfast and their friendly waitstaff. Mimosas had a little too much oj. But that is a very simple request to have a addressed. Their happy hour is also my fave. Phenomenal pastas and pizzas at affordable prices. They take care of their guests for sure!

Having grown up in the area, I've driven by this Cafe a million times and it always looked like just an average roadside diner. Finally getting a chance to try it, I realized what I've been missing out on literally my whole life. This is some of the best breakfast I've had in the area! Loved the eggs in the avocado, which were perfectly poached. We also had the tater tot breakfast, which might be one of the best things I've ever had. I would definitely recommend stopping by, I wish I had done so sooner.
Fabulous customer service & very attentive and friendly! Coffee cup was never even half close to empty. Good portions and prices. The breakfast pizza π π₯ was delicious π BF really enjoyed the fruity French toast. Definitely worth checking out for breakfast. Makes me wonder about the dinner menu?... Next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'd return! ππ»
