Phenomenal!! I can't speak to the authenticity, but I absolutely LOVED their garlic fried shrimp. Like honestly meant to take it home but inhaled half of the container in my car sitting in front of their store instead. The sauce they used was super fragrant and I loved the chunks for garlic in it! Also tried their spam and egg musubi and was blown away. Ordering in restaurant for takeout took less than 10 minutes. Definitely worth a stop!

Not as big of portions as the other Aloha grill but great flavor. The kahlua pork with cabbage comes with pork that is VERY shredded and softened but crunchy cabbage. Rice was great. Their Mac salad is a touch different than others but still good (probably simpler and more authentic than other places). The quality is A+ and the price reflects that.

Very friendly staff. If the food doesn’t look good don’t let it fool you. It’s very tasty! This is the katsu moco. I drove home after getting it and the katsu is still very crispy!

My husband and I decided to try this place out on a whim as we were heading to IKEA...and man, we were not disappointed! We both ordered the loco moco and the gravy was on point. The mac salad was delicious, not too mayo-y or bland. I love that your food is personally brought out to you versus a name or number being called out. The hubby is from Kailua so it was a nice taste of home for him. We will most definitely be back. Well worth the drive from Tacoma

It was my first time there, saw the ratings and thought okay, good choice. I was craving Poke and they were offering a special that I thought included 2 scoops rice one scoop mac salad as it said on top of board all come with that. I also get a spam musubi with egg in the side. When I got to work I opened it up and I all I saw was a lot of sliced red onions, maybe 10 pale tuna cubes and chili flakes. I take one bite and I literally spit it up and almost threw up. It tasted like it was frozen and defrosted. Was not fresh at all. No flavor as well. I thought it was just me so I ask a Co worker to taste it and he reacted the same way and we are both poke lovers. So that tells you how DISGUSTING it was. I'm from da Aina so I know what good poke tastes like. Needless to say, I should've ordered da plate lunches instead. Oh well, lesson learned.

Authenticity is the key here. The owners work the restaurant and really care about the food that they serve. Bar non the best Lau Lau platter I've ever had. The other chain Hawaiian BBQ places have got nothing on this place. It's worth every penny. Customize your order however you want, they will accommodate.

I went there today. Full of customers!
Excellent Kalua Pork, BBQ chicken, BBQ Beef.
Spam Musubi excellent!!
Macaroni Salad could use a tiny bit of Island Pep but Overall an Excellent Meal-
a very good find!
A great place for Samoan / Polynesian Food in the Kent/Tukwila/Renton area.

This is one of the worst Hawaiian places I have ever been to. I have no idea why it has such high ratings. Their food is bland and has no flavor. I'm not sure what idiot would give this place five stars unless they have never had Hawaiian food before and don't know what it should taste like. Don't waste your time! Head over to Saimin Says.

I love the food because it reminds me of Kihei
Maui. Eating lunch and dinner at the beach while watching the waves and the sun.and I don't mind eating Hawaiian Bbq in the winter.

The staff was friendly and the food delicious! Would recommend this to anyone in the area.

This place sucks big time, portion is small and hella expensive. Poke $5.99 with small pieces of fish with choke cabbage little onions.

I really don’t understand the 5 stars. I was tempted to just walk out and leave it on the table.
