Red Robin has excellent food and beverages at decent prices. I always find something I like. Plus, the service is excellent.
I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at RR this evening. Our server Alyssa immediately recognized that my toddler was melting down, and within a minute, had her calmed down and engaged in a conversation about what she wanted to drink, and had her choose fries/apples/oranges/broccoli. Less than 3 minutes later, she brought out a basket of fries, helped my daughter place her order on the kiosk. She then purchased my daughter a game on the kiosk, which kept her happy and engaged until her food showed up less than 5 minutes later. Alyssa was attentive beyond the usual, and her service was above and beyond.
Staff was wonderful..food even better! When we got there it was busy, we waited awhile for a table. The staff was courteous and our waitresses Maddie and Jelani were AMAZING! We will be returning soon!
I enjoyed myself, we had a very nice waiter, polite and professional. It was my son's first day out of the hospital since February. We asked if the staff could sing happy birthday to my son, since we couldn't take him out for his birthday June 19th, they all sang to him and gave him a bday sundae. Help to put a big smile on my son's face; which was priceless😁
Only had one bad experience and it was because they were busy took one for the team and ate it anyway always super attentive :)
