Countryside Cafe Renton nailed it.
Excellent service. Hot coffee and some delicious eats. The hash brown has that nice outer crunch. The omelet was loaded with bacon and topped with fresh ingredients. Great place for a late breakfast.
The location was pretty easy to find. There were quite a few people in the restaurant at 8:30 am on a Saturday. There was only one waitress at the time who was taking care of the tables and she seemed to be very personable to each table which was nice. Several other waitresses showed up a little
Countryside Cafe is a great place to go for your classic “diner”esque breakfast. It can get crowded and the wait is often long. The food is always good and you always leave stuffed. Their red velvet waffle is probably my favorite.

Not as warm and cozy as the now closed Burien location but still decent fare. Prices are still decent too especially in this semi post pandemic economy. Our server was great. Quick service and very friendly and sweet. Very efficient for how busy they were on this holiday Monday. Standard American
This rating is specifically for one single waitress. I went in to order at the counter as I wanted take out. I've done this many times in the last couple of months without issue. She walked past no less than 5 times without any acknowledgment didn't even look my way. After about 4 minutes she rude

Joe's Special: onion, spinach, ground beef and shredded parmesan. Hash browns were crispy on the outside, cooked inside. A homemade biscuit with homemade raspberry jam. Everything was delicious. Wait staff were attentive and friendly. I love this place.
