Potbelly either raised their standards or the employee that helped me just did a really good job. Always love the hot peppers too and bought a jar on my way out. Was a delicious meal before my shift! Definitely will be back.

Always the best sandwiches and service!! Gotta get their signature peppers on your sub- very spicy but so good. I wish there was more locations around.

I love this place and usually have no issues. Tonight I got the wrong order even though it had my name on it and didn't realize it until I got home. What I ordered was a "wreck"-turkey, roast beef , salami, Swiss, tomato, mayo and seasoning, etc. what I received was plain turkey, seasoning, no chees

OH BOY. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED. TOO LATE I'VE ALREADY BEGUN. This place. No sandwich shop pulls my heart strings like this one. I've been all over the US. I've been to cute little deli style sandwich shops and cafes. I've been to Quiznos. I've been to Subway and Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's.

I’ve been to this location three times and it’s always a horrible experience. The employees are so rude and one of them always had rude smart answer remarks. Im super polite and respectful so there’s no reason to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS like that. The employees can’t be bothered with extras like soup

It was my first time at this restaurant, because of COVID everything is different now, so I ordered by phone and came to pick up my order, great customer service, very fast, and easy, food was delicious, great sandwiches, definitely will be back, highly recommended.
