This is my current favorite location ... they greet you with a smile and wonderful service... In the morning's I get a bacon & Guda breakfast sandwich with a difficult black and white mocha ... due to all the variations I add to it.... Dispite my best efforts to be difficult .... they make it perfect..never overheated ... (D.B.)....ptoday the morning shift leader remembered my name with only one visit, I was so very impressed with her and her staff... as they happily manage the rush of coffee lovers ... hope she and hee staff are treated well ... They make such a différence .. Just a smile changes everything . thank you Kelsey with a K !! I hope you are managing your own store soon .. Good custoner service like yours is so hard to find ... SO friendly & quick! I had a really great experience here this morning. Everyone was talking to everyone, partners/employees knew their customers names, they were talking about their kids and life. It was festive and friendly. It had a "Cheers-like" environment, where everybody knows your name :)
What can I say? It's a Starbucks. It's the main Starbucks for the downtown Renton area. Two walls of this establishment is wall to wall glass so provides a nice bright open atmosphere. Ample parking and good access. Perfect place to meet for online purchases like Craigslist, OfferUp etc.
Great crew with a good rapport. Drinks are always per specification and you can always find a seat. Bring your proof of vaccination, just in case.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Love this location!
