You pretty much get lackluster service here. You get your food but not with a smile. Nor do you get it particularly quick sometimes. Not to mention the fact that Jack in the box food has gone south in quality. I pretty much now only eat one sandwich and it's for breakfast from them. Even their shakes which used to be fantastic, are less than stellar. They've reduced the amount of flavoring in them to the point that you might as well be eating a vanilla milkshake.
I made a second visit here on March 1st, 2022. At that time we received extremely rude service from the person at the drive-thru. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told there isn't a manager on duty. We asked them to speak to the supervisor on duty and they told us there wasn't a supervisor on duty. I find that very hard to believe as I do believe the policy is there must be a supervisor on duty every shift. The response we got from them was both vulgar and unprofessional. We then also listen to them making disparaging remarks about us to customers that were in line ahead of us. We know all of this because we called in on the phone trying to talk to a manager and we're told that there was no manager there and that they we were talking to the same person that was at the window. They then made a disparaging remark about us, set the phone down, and continued with their tirade about how they were so scared about us talking to their manager. They left the phone off the hook so we could listen to them where they continued to talk trash for 22 minutes. Well listening to them, I submitted a contact form to Jack in The box where I will be glad to speak to one of their representatives when they contact me. At this point, I would recommend you avoid this particular Jack in the box as they have extremely rude employees who are willing to treat you in any manner they feel appropriate including calling you names behind your back. My rating for this Jack in the box is now zero Stars if I could do it.

Waited an extremely long time in drive thru, only to have the chicken Pattie’s on our chicken sandwiches be missing, as in not on the sandwiches, and short one order of fries. Wont be returning.

They definitely do not operate on the hours that they have posted on their window it says 12 PM But yet at 11:30 when I stop by they're closed or at least they say they're closed service is getting extremely poor

Waited in line for 20 minutes just so I could be told to drive around to add an order that was forgotten by the person taking my order. The lady helping at the window was being rude as hell and found out later she was a manager. She was obviously mad at a previous customer and took it out on me. Zero for this branch

The young man at the window was the reason for the five stars hands down. It was Christmas Eve and we didn’t have many options for dinner. Our order was correct, the man was very kind, he even offered a cup of whipped cream for our puppy! I wish I had caught his name - but thank you sir for such a great experience and being so kind on a day I’m sure you wish you didn’t work ha

Trapped in line waiting for the stupid drive thru people to fill an order. It's been 15 mins. The person that took my order was extremely rude without so much as a hi. I knew I shouldn't have ordered here but I did anyway because I wanted ice cream. Now I can't get out.

I use to work here for 3 years. I would recommend this spot for a quick bite to eat but not for employment, anymore that is since a new DM took over...
