When I moved into the area I stopped by here to get a drink and it was AMAZING! I went every day sometimes more than once n the girls there always got it right and had the best customer service. Then that slowly changed. Now when I go they seem to be too busy talking to each other or servicing people they know in the cars behind me. The quality of the drink is a hit n miss. Tonight I ordered through door dash but there was no way customize the drink the way I like it so I called thinking it would be no biggie. Boy was I wrong. they advised me to cancel my order n order a different drink because there would be an up charge for what I was wanting. All I wanted was java chips added, which was a few cents more. For the amount of money I spend there you would think there would be something they could do or at least try but NOPE the gentleman that answered seemed like I was inconveniencing him. he wanted me to cancel and re order but i tried to explain there wasn't an option or I would have done it in the first place and if I canceled it would mess up my order cuz I was doing a double dash(same driver picks up both orders n so theres only one fee). so if i canceled i would have to pay for a whole new delivery. I explained that to him n he didn't seem to care. frustrated, I told him just to cancel the whole order all together n he was like okay. HORRIBLE customer service. I will no longer go there. I spend way too much money to be treated like that and I've always tipped them very well. Hopefully they read their reviews (cause I seen im not the only one) n make some changes

Normally don’t have any issues with this location, the wait time is usually about 10mins or so (Kind of annoying, but not a big deal). But the last two times I’ve gone, I’ve gotten the same barista both times who asks for tips… and Tonight got stuck in line for over 30mins due to the way the parking lot is setup. After sitting in line for over 30mins I finally made it to the window just for all the workers to be standing around laughing, just to be told they were only accepting cash transactions for the night. I literally wasted over 30mins in that line for absolutely no reason. Won’t be coming back to this location.

*UPDATE* 5-17-22: There was a staff change and things have gone back to as they use to be.
This location use to be great, but then something happened and I'm not sure what. Coffee has been coming out more like weak tea than coffee I've gotten my order wrong multiple times, and even when they aren't busy and fully staffed they are wickedly slow. It shouldn't take 7 to 10 minutes for one latte when there are three workers and you're the only car there.

The staff was super friendly. Hands down the best coffee shop in Renton. We just went to Dutch bros rhe other day and that just tastes like syrup sugar. Current menu listed 11-25-21

Arrived with about 5 cars in front of us. Waited in line almost 45 minutes☹️. Coffee was fine, and I might try again, but not unless their staff can pick up the place.

I love their drinks. I think they should improve their speed though they usually have a line other than that their service is very good

I work graveyard shift, so an all night coffee stand seems like a given - especially in the greater Seattle area. But somehow, only one company is doing it. Fortunately, this is really outstanding coffee. Knowing that they are so popular, these are always well staffed with as many as 5 persons running two lanes. I usually like to get a Russell Wilson or a darl chocolate mocha.
