Did a mobile order. It was correct. There was a line but it moved quickly. Connected to a gas station and Subway.
Customer service was great. I went through the drive thru when I was promptly greeted by one of the employees. Their voice was pleasant and professional. My coffee was hot and yummy and there was hardly any wait time to get what I ordered despite of the many cars ahead of me. This visit was my third or fourth, and each one has been a wonderful experience.
Owner is cool. At least I think she's the owner. Good Boston Creme donuts are good.
Placed order online. Got our drinks as soon as we got to the window but had to remind them about the food. Very friendly and apologized for the wait. Normally they are pretty quick in and out in the drive-thru.
Delicious latte. Need I say more. Just wish Dunkin as a whole could keep their espresso machines working. It is getting to start looking like McDonald's with their broken shake machines.
