Great service and people. Love the bread, sandwiches, and soup. We love the honey whole wheat, garlic Cheddar fresh, and Dakota.
We see lots of people special order their rolls and the have gluten free options
So if you ever travel through Rexburg idaho, there is a little shop on two of the main streets in idaho. One of them has Great Harvest which is a sandwich shop and bakery. They got a face lift recently and it isn't that bad. The bread/sandwiches are great! Price is ok, nothing to brag about certainly. But the food is great and they give free samples, so can't complain there.
Great Breads and sweets. The Asiago bread is our favorite, along with their snicker doodle cookies. We have yet to try their sandwiches.
Went on a date to this cute little place! My husband can't wait to eat the treats, already in his mouth while taking a picture! I love their sugar cookies with their buttercream frosting! We got their sticky buns much for a warm and gooey! The store is quaint & clean, the staff is friendly!
My heart rate is up to 160 a minute because of this place lol
Very yummy! Super cute and super sweet, so if you have a mega sweet tooth, this'll leave you happy
I ordered 250 mini cinnamon rolls for my wedding in August, I love that this place does event catering for a reasonable price, and that their product what does not decrease when doing large quantities of goods.
Their gluten free treats are also amazing, I have a friend with celiac disease and she can safely consume every gluten free product that is sold here and has yet to have an issue with cross contamination in the time she's come.
One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I’ve ever had!!!! But all I got was the sandwich and it was $8-$9…?? WAY overpriced in my opinion. I love homemade bread though so I’ll be back for something different and worth my money.
I grew up eating Mrs. Powell's cinnamon rolls, with raisins of course, and once we left the area I, legitimately, have yet to find another place that has cinnamon rolls that are even close to as amazing! Part of it is Childhood nostalgia ,but a lot more of it is the size and taste! The bread is light and fluffy, the cinnamon-sugar mixture is perfectly balanced to be sweet and just enough cinnamon spice to not be overpowering. I love the ones with raisins for the pop of sweet and the texture, but they do sell plain ones, though why anyone would want one.....then there's the icing. They use cream cheese frosting, which makes all the difference. I can't recommend this place enough. Though, if you want to take your cinnamon roll from the most delicious to the best you've ever had, heat it up in the microwave with butter and you will never have them another way again! Seriously, go and splurge, you deserve it!
I had a peanut butter and chocolate cookie here and it was amazing! One of the best cookies I've ever had! The person working there was really nice and I'd love to go here again.
I visited Mrs Powell's after I asked for a chocolate pecan pie to be made for my husband's birthday. I had messaged them about a month out in anticipation. I messaged them over Facebook. They were very responsive and took all my details and answered any questions I had. For an entire choc pecan pie they only charged $17! Such an amazing price. They did not require a deposit.
I picked the pie up today (husband's birthday) about mid day. I didn't catch her name but the lady at the front desk was very friendly and bubbly. The pie was absolutely delicious and worth every penny! They definitely could be charging more. The ingredients were great and the pie was dense and delicious!
I also picked up a mini cinnamon roll while I was there and it was delicious. Fresh and good quality. When you first sign up you get a choice of a free cookie and there were lots to choose from!
Would definitely order through them again.
