Best all you can eat Mediterranean food I ever had. My goto place when I am super hungry. Just grab a dish and choose from over 25 options. I love their fried and grill chicken with garlic sauce. Highly recommended!
One of the best Mediterranean buffet, good place to have your lunch and very cool place. Loved their kebabs and food was also very tasty. Cheers
One of the best Mediterranean restaurants not to miss out on . Wonderful food with the essence that fits home made food . Mesmerising variety of non vegetarian dietary plus the desserts which make u skip the main course way easily which easily need more than one visit to taste them all at least once. Overall 5stars.
Last evening, we went to a Mediterranean restaurant called as Dimassis's in Richardson which is around 10 miles away from my home.
Mediterranean cuisine is mostly famous for its signature dishes like hummus, falafel, a wide array of salads and ofcourse the lamb shanks.
This place is no different. May be the only thing that makes it stand out in the crowd of such places is the quality of chicken dishes. Believe me, there are too many Mediterranean restaurants in and around Dallas. Because of the huge Arab n Mediterranean population. Interesting point to note is, such places are frequented by desis and Americans as well these days. Americans find it palatable because the dishes are bit low on spices and desis because... Oh! We are an inquisitive lot, we love to try out any alien cuisine that's worth eating! Btw, I did try sushi couple of months back and shall write about that experience another day!
Ok, so all the dishes were good. The only let down was the fried chicken which was not as succulent as it should have been. My roomie cooks better fried chicken than them. They had pizzas too, as a part of the buffet. Not sure why though! It dilutes the whole essence of the meal, if you ask me. May be they wanted to appeal to a wider audience. The Baklava which is the quintessential Mediterranean desert was better than average. The best ever baklava that I had was at "Cafe Istanbul" (Shops at legacy). I am yet to jot down a review on that! Food was heavenly there.
As you can see in the above pic, the ambience and décor is nothing to talk about. Typical diner. Monotonous seating arrangement. I don't know why, I am a big fan of table cloths. .A restaurant will always earn brownie points from me, if it has table cloth. No such frills here, sadly. For 13 USD per person, at least they could have invested a little bit on the "Frills".
I think, I should stop going for buffets, it's such a waste. I can hardly taste a few items and I am full and so I cannot do justice to the concept itself. Anyways, this is it for now. Time for second coffee of the day...ahhh! I love Saturday mornings! It rained last night and it's beautiful and shiny outside...but then in US, it's always beautiful... ☺️

We came for Sunday lunch, what a wonderful choice. There is a large buffet with dishes for every palette. Several cold salads for starters then a hot buffet with many dishes, some vegetarian some not. The food tastes fresh, try the homemade hummus, the gyro, and the fresh breads. Casual , family friendly atmosphere where everyone can happily enjoy a meal together.
This is a solid buffet. Though everything was tasty, my husband and I particularly enjoyed the gyro meat, hummus/fresh pita, rice, and the simple desserts. This is a good place to take a big group as it is easy to pull tables together here.
Only downside was that the floor wasn't particularly clean.
Healthy, Cheap Authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Buffet!. I loved this place! This is authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. If you don't enjoy that type of food, you're not gonna like it. Also, if you're racist, stay away (yeah, I'm talking to you, negative reviewers). If this place was closer to me, I'd eat here at least twice a week!
I went with family on a late Saturday afternoon. The place was packed. For $12.92 ($9.99 weekdays) plus tax (including drink) you can get your fill of everything from fattoush salad, gyro meat, hummus, garlic spread, tahini, pita, chicken and beef kebob, several vegetarian dishes to baklava, fresh fruit and rice pudding.
Things I didn't like: The lines are long (but move fairly quickly). The bus help doesn't come by your table to clear your plates very often. We had a stack of six used plates and no one came by. The kitchen staff are kind of rude. I asked for more ice to be loaded into the soft drink dispenser and I was snapped at. Also, the noise level is quite loud, which didn't really bother me too much.
If you're patient enough to deal with a few minor negatives, you'll thoroughly enjoy the healthy, filling food, and you won't be eating for the remainder of the day. I'm already planning my return visit!
My favorite casual restaurant ever!. My favorite restaurant ever! Selection was better than I could hope for as a lacto-vegetarian, yet my carnivorous friends really enjoyed it just as much. The patrons there had a large number of middle Eastern people showing tha the food is truly authentic, and the flavors were wonderful! Teh rose and cream rice pudding dessert is to die for! The selection and quality of middle Eastern and Mediterranean food was fabulous as was the quality. Price was reasonable. They had some dishes I do not find elsewhere. I see one review complains that there were not enough varieties of meat dishes. They have as many varieties as are normal for this food type. I was very pleased as a lacto-vegeterian, that I had many choices on the menu though not quite as many as my non-veg friends, yet they thought the variety and quality was excellent as well! It is also very unusual in that even vegans have really good selections here while keeping most carnivores happy at the same time! This is partly due to the nature of the ethnic menu which served both types of communities to some degree originally, and partly due to myriad of selections on the buffet at this restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant!
If you like chicken, they have several styles. Brisket, fish, and other meats were good too. Not amazing but good for the price.
Big, family-friendly place. Good buffet selection. Nice staff.
Great selection good food.
Loved this place!!. I loved this place! Five of us from work went there for Friday lunch at 11:30 and for $10 this was a great deal. All the food was yummy and they had all my favorites: Tubule, Hummus, Baba Ghanouge, Dolma (Grape leaves), Lamb, chicken kabob, grilled chicken, rice pudding & Baklava. They even had bread rolls right out of the oven!
Best Med Place in Town!. I love this place! Excellent cuisine, and an excellent value with the stamp card. Less expensive than Ali Baba's buffet and much better if you ask me. However, I wouldn't recommend eating here at night - it definitely wasn't as fresh as the busy lunch hour.
Nice place.. It seems to be a trend with Mediterranean restaurants: they are either like this place, serve-your-self Buffet or Cafetria style (a buffet were you do not get to help yourself). Neither is honestly better than the other, I rate the Buffet as having less pressure on customers to just slow down and explore.
My first time here, I found it while looking for another in the area. All the usual can be found here: Salads like fattoush, Greek, Lebanese, tabboulli, lentila dn chicken Soups, many Rice dishes, Koftas, Grilled meats, Roasted eggplants and Veggies, even real Pita chips and fresh baked small and light Pita bread. They even have many of my favorites: rice and lentils (with lots of onions), falafel (and your choice of yogurt or tahini to dip or make into a sandwich), green beans with tomatoes, and so much more.
Is it as good as or better than (name your favorite med restaurant here)? What a silly question.

Excellent food!! Not quite as good as Ali babba's, but close. Less expensive, too.
Smells goooood. I was nearby Dimassi's and I couldn't resist the smell coming from the inside. The food was so gooood!
Great food, not quite the Fadi's type but the bread and hummus are exactly the same. Great for a quick all you can eat. Any drink you want is included. Self serve, self seat. You only run into someone on your way out to pay!
Great food and the best service I have ever recieved at a restaurant! My two brothers and I decided to try this restaurant last Saturday and got a very nice surprise. The food was great and we truly recieved the best service ever. I need to mention that we weren't the only customers there and the owner and manager made us feel at home. They were jocking with us and gave us a brief tour of the buffet bar. They even prepared a special goat dish just for us! Outstanding! We'll definetly go often and take some wine with us since it is a BYOB place. I'm very pleased with Dimassi's!
A delicious buffet full of options for everyone! Entrees we’re continuously refreshed during my stay and I didn’t get bored of the options. I tried things I haven’t seen at other Mediterranean buffets and loved them.
You enter and begin dining and pay as you leave. The buffet line included plastic gloves for your convenience. I appreciated this because I tend to use my hands a lot as I eat with pita.
I gave it four stars because the other flat bread options did not seem to be replenished, I wanted to try one that seemed to have been topped with herbs but wasn’t given the chance. The baklava I had was stored in a box full of itself and some pieces were almost smashed and soggy from the weight of those on top.
I did enjoy this buffet and see myself coming back! $17 for a clean lunch buffet was reasonable and fully enjoyed.
There are so many delicious Vegan options here. I absolutely love their Samosa. While waiting on a large one to bake, the staff literally brought me out a small samosa pie. So appreciated and thoughtful. Lots of beautiful food here. I especially love the garlic sauce. I look forward to coming back with my family, soon! Highly recommend!
Mediterranean buffet with something everyone will like. The vegetables🧆 are done Mediterranean style. Leading up to a nice selection of different styles of meats. This place is roomy and can sit a lot of people if you come in with a large. The staff is always welcoming 😊 They running very nice open style buffet.
Out here on vacation from Atlanta and someone from Epic Masjid recommended this place for good food. It was excellent, the food was delicious. Everything was delicious, so many different choices. The best restaurant so far we've been to in Texas. Very good value for money
Great for low carb, keto or staying healthy! Plenty of items to choose from. All you can eat, healthy food!
The food was awesome... there is a scope to improve the service by being quick and thoughtful.. waiting for the refill of food was little inconvenient but altogether was an amazing experience with the varieties in food and taste
