Went to lunch yesterday with a group of 11 at the Richardson Jasper's. We had a reservation and were seated promptly at a nicely set table. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and food and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. He made helpful suggestions and was very attentive. My friend and I shared the smoked baby back ribs. We each got a generous portion of ribs and the side of creamy baked potato salad. Ribs were tender and flavorful and I was quite pleased with the baked potato salad. We ordered a side of the jalapeño charred corn which was very tasty. At the end of the meal we rib eaters were presented with a steaming warm cloth for our hands. A very nice touch. The manager also came over to greet us during the meal. Our fellow diners all enjoyed their meals also. We all decided we would like to dine there again.

Very good service and the food is great too. Awesome view off the street side table overlooking the strip. Get the seat facing east. I recommend the Calamari . it will be the best most likely you have ever had.

From lunch to dinner and the occasional happy hour, Jasper’s got “it”! Seasonal items, elegant dinner atmosphere, awesome happy hour, and easy for a business lunch. 5 stars could be awarded just for the many smiles from the friendly and attentive staff.

Always such a wonderful environment and the drink and food are always phenomenal! The staff goes above and beyond to make every experience a wonderful one. My favorite blue cheese chips are memorable and their ruby red grapefruit martini is the perfect ending to any work day!

We celebrated my brother's 50th birthday in a private room. The servers took care of us and very genial. Everyone loved their food! We were at brunch and all felt the entree prices were reasonable. Jasper's was a great place to celebrate!

We have been to the Plano location but this one is so much closer for us. It was amazing! The food was very good and the atmosphere wonderful. The service was the best but our waiter was "spot on"! We will go back and ask that we can sit in his section. When you go ask for Asher. He is great!

Wonderful staff; attentive, friendly service. Food very well prepared. Superior experience over the Plano location, where I felt the staff was rather rude.

‼️‼️We truly enjoyed this experience‼️‼️ We had an amazing time. The layout and atmosphere was pleasant. We had a room as my cousin celebrated her 45th birthday. The entree items was awesome, the three course meal was good, and the service was awesome! I got there a little from out of town n was told they were a little behind. My only recommendation and not just to this restaurant but ALL. Ensure your waiters and hostesses keep mints in their mouth. Conduct breath checks because our hostess/waiter breath was sooooo bad. My 12 yr old said, mommy I smell chitterlings. And when the waiter came back, all full of energy, she left an awful feeling in our stomachs. It was her breath. She was so eager and excited so she verbalized that way, forcing the impact of her breath to be that much more awful. Breath checks should be required and breath mints required. Great place though!

7:00 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. Sat in the bar area. Order the pork tenderloin. One of the pieces of pork was overdone and the others weren't particularly flavorful. The corn medley in the middle was delicious! Service was good. And the glass of RJB was quite tasty

Had the salmon. It was a little dry but had great flavor. The waitress split up our plate we shared which was awesome.

Very good atmosphere. Promotes itself as an upscale "backyard cookout" restaurant. Blue cheese potato chips and hamburger were done well and very flavorful. We had an issue with the calamari appetizer. Calimari was rubbery and when we mentioned this to the server he tried to tell us the texture was normal. We asked for another try and second try was better but still rubbery. I do not recommend this appetizer! In my opinion this restaurant is over priced.

The food and service were excellent. We ordered the pan-seared trout and the grilled pork loin. They both tasted great! The trout was perfectly cooked and went well with the light sauce and fresh vegetables. The pork loin was extremely flavorful with a very light BBQ glaze paired with roasted jalapeno cream corn. The cream corn was very light and not overloaded with the sauce - it was awesome!

This was our first time eating at Jasper's. What didn't we love?! The food was incredibly delicious!! I ordered the pork tenderloin cooked medium (which is what they're known for) with jalapeno grilled corn, and my husband had the evening's special of pan seared tuna cooked rare over a bed of crab and rice. They were both cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. We also had the key lime pie and triple chocolate martini for dessert. Yummy! Can't wait to go back!
