I have had breakfast her 3 times this week, twice last week and I love this place! Fast service, hot food, well priced. I've tried the chicken and waffles, breakfast burrito and pancakes with bacon, eggs and hash browns. Everything was great. I've also only done take out. My new regular breakfast spot!!!

Always enjoy coming here to eat. Haven’t tried everything yet but pleasantly surprised by all I’ve had and recommend it to all my friends.
This is a fav! Great food, crazy cheap prices, quick and friendly service. Wish it wasn’t so far away from me but I’ll make the trek for an amazing $5 breakfast that always leaves taking home a doggie bag.

The owners are very friendly, & attentive to their customers. The food is consistently good and you can't beat their prices. Plus they have the best cheeseburger ever!!!

Fantastic food and prices. Small place so there can be a wait but we sat down right away. Someone brings you menus then takes your order but after that you're on your own. We sat for a little while when we finished before we figured out to go to the cashier to pay (the bills/orders are all up there). We will definitely go back.

We absolutely love this place and go here at least once a week, sometimes more! All the food is great and service even better! They know us by name too, so that's a nice touch. Very friendly, family owned eatery. Give it a shot!
Ordered the Chorizo Scramble: eggs, chorizo, onions, bell peppers and crispy potatoes mixed together and served with fresh warm tortillas and salsa. Damn that was delicious.
Also ordered a side of pancakes: I enjoyed them too.

Excellent breakfast! Build your own is a great concept. Just as good food as well known breakfast places at a better price. Friendly and helpful wait staff. We will be back here when in the Dallas area again.
I highly recommend this diner. I discovered it yesterday while driving in the area and I said I must come here this morning. I am glad I did. The food was good plus the unlimited refills on coffee. The prices for breakfast here are a bargain compared to other diners like IHOP, Denny's and Waffle house. Here you can get a full breakfast with coffee under their breakfast special for just $6.95 and then, each additional breakfast item costs just $2. You can't beat that. Definitely will become a regular customer now.
Husband and I loved eating at this place this morning , immediately was greeted and seated. Got our drinks and menus fast. Clean atmosphere. We loved our food. I got 2 eggs, hash browns, one Belgian waffle and one orange juice for $5.95!! So affordable !! They made my eggs PERFECTLY! The waffle was plain though. The hash browns were good but too thin. Husband got an omelet and strawberry banana pancakes and he enjoyed every bite! $30 for both of us. Staff is friendly and attentive. They sure get busy! Good luck getting seating. Our hotel is close by and I wanted to try them out over Waffle House since this place isn’t a big chain.
The food quality, selection, and prices are hard to beat. Worth five stars. The only thing lacking here is the service. The waitresses that work here are not friendly, they rarely come around, and generally seem unhappy to be here. When I've given up on getting a refill and approached the counter, they're usually all on their phones and not keen on being interrupted. I've been here three times now (all three times were weekends) and they have been consistent on all three occasions. The food is quite good and affordable so I have returned. I'm really surprised to read the other reviews on here and see others praising the staff for being friendly and attentive. I'm yet to see it.

This place is so incredible. The wait staff is so kind and welcoming. I used to work at a breakfast restaurant for a few years and I can tell you from experience, this place is special and their menu has so much variety.
What a great little place! If you're looking for a glamorous, high end dining experience, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a down to earth, home cooking, reasonably priced, great service kinda place, this is your match. $6 breakfast special! Sign me up!!! Food was hot, fresh, and made to order. Service was fast and friendly. I will be back for sure.
This is my favorite diner! Just don't go to work (work from home now) anymore so don't get to eat here daily! Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent food and still to this day has old school diner prices! Can eat a hefty and health breakfast for $6 to date! And they sell all items al a cart for cheap and build your own anything breakfast for $6 to $8!
