They have a nice staff but for my first time in years being there and even telling the guy taking my order. I would’ve figured they would try to make it right to make sure I come back but I was wrong. I asked for a chipotle chicken and they gave me just bread and beef. Very disappointed for my lunch

The customer service is beyond amazing, Craig such a Nice and friendly staff, he took care of me and made come back after 3 months of a bad experience with one of the staff. I’ll definitely be back more often with more people joining me. Keep it up Craig 👍

Started having JM's hot subs since going to this location. Stepped in one day and that smell just hit me and I ordered whatever was already on the grill. Whenever I've been in the place is clean, staff is chill and friendly, and food good.
