I arrived at the airport at midnight. I was staying at the BTW hotel and starving! The front desk lady gave me their brochure. I ordered the Reuben thin crust pizza; it was delivered in less than 30 minutes!! It was hot and delicious!! I would order from them again!!

The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to let them know that our food was over cooked and hard. She never took responsibility. Just said they don’t do refunds and that they make their food this way. I’m sure you can see the difference from what is displayed on the website. I even asked for her name, she refused to give it. Then when I asked for a manager she hung up on my face. Called back on a different number, she put me on hold and wouldn’t answer, multiple times. I was very polite with her. I’m very disgusted. $60 down the drain.I’m missing Texas already….The delivery driver was very polite and respectful…..**UPDATE** the owner leaves a sarcastic review not even mentioning the food I posted……….still wasted $60

Horrible customer service! I was very nice and had all intentions on being and remain very professional in regards to my wife’s order! We specifically ordered a BLT sandwich with extra crispy bacon. As you see in the picture below the bacon is burnt and it has the burnt taste. I made a phone call to the restaurant to discuss my dislike for the sandwich in hopes to get an alternative solution, The call was rudely handled by the manager never came up with a solution told me in her words “ that is what I ordered” I proceeded to say, I ordered extra crispy not burnt! Her reply was extra crispy is burnt and that’s what I ordered and there’s nothing they can do and she hung up on me! This place is very unprofessional as it pertains to customer service, and customer relations, and customer solutions!
I have also attached a picture of another sandwich that was ordered when we ask for extra crispy bacon and you all can see the difference, of extra crispy and burnt bacon!

We stayed at one of the hotels by the mall of America and our hotel recommended American Pie for dinner for delivery/hours available. We used their website to order- easy to navigate, and order food. Nice that the ordering process allows for you to choose either cash or credit as payment options. Delivery was estimated for 50 minutes… I would say it was right on the dot- - delivery driver was very polite and had change for me- always tip these guys well.. been there, done that job before. Now for the pizza- we ordered a medium thin crust richfielder. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the ingredients were plentiful, the sauce had the perfect sweetness/tangy flavor that I like. My wife loved the pizza as well. Great job & when we come back to the area again.. we will look you up!

The pizza was delicious. A lot of cheese, spiced enough to not need extra red pepper, and a 12' pizza was the perfect amount to fill me up. The price of the pizza is why I give American Pie three stars, I paid over 25$ got a can of diet Coke and the 12' pizza. Also the man running the pizza shop struggled answering simple questions about what's on the pizzas which made it harder for me to order.

Very rude service the lady that we Explained the situation!!!! was accusing us of lying and saying They have camera evidence to show that the pizza was Cut !!!! No silverware provided. Hour long wait for delivery from a 10min drive, We were told to goDOWNSTAIRS for the silverware!!!! REAL JOKE!!!!!!ABSOLUTLY made us feel like we were trying to get something for FREE!!!!!

Really wish I had read all the negative reviews and the awful responses from the owner before ordering here. We were stuck here due to a delayed flight and just wanted some comfort food as it was about midnight and we hadn’t eaten in about 12 hours at that point. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was literally one slice of cheese in between two pieces of bread and was clearly not grilled - it was just slightly warm and the cheese just barely melted enough to stick to the bread, like they threw it in the microwave for a few seconds and called it good. Super weird. Not sure why they couldn’t just take the time to make a real one?

Horrible! Checked in hotel late, yes with a Child imagine that. Hotel bar was closed on Holiday hours, so I call this place, was told 45 minutes almost an hour later no food, and remember this major point she knew I had my Child even ordering at 11 but was very pleasant and never said why is your Child up, anyway I was told delivery driver on way, called back 2 more times , now it's over an hour n no driver, n they say the place is a 20 minute drive n they told me 45-1 hour, what so now the 3rd call you say 45-1 hour n 20 minutes drive, who wants old food, n I pretty much let them know I'm cool on the food, so she talks about how my Child us up n hers would be in bed at 8 and all this rude stuff, like for real instead of fixing the mistake and owning up this is how you treat a potential Customer. The Delivery driver still shows up all Kate even after cancellation, I peep him through the peep hole stumbling through the bag n he finally knocks n I told him I'm not paying for that food but I will give you a tip, he acted strange n walked off stuffing the food in the bag, whatever learn how to treat your Customers who keep you in business! Remember the Lady never mentioned my horrible parenting skills while ordering the food.

This place is amazing!!!!!!!! It is probably the cleanest pizza place I've ever seen. This is a great family owned business! There is such an awesome variety on the menu it's great! I recommend the Hawaiian pizza and the south west egg rolls!!

Stopped in for lunch today. Huge menu with tons of choices! Pizza was hot and delicious (loved the little squares!) and Don was very friendly & helpful! Definitely recommend this place! :)

I paid $33 for a medium pizza that barely fed 2 people. Delivery was late and I had to call. Then the driver never called for me to meet in lobby as requested. Luckily, I’ll never have to eat from this establishment ever again.

We were staying at a hotel in Minneapolis for my graduation and were having very bad luck with Pizza Hut. The doorman recommended American Pie. They were friendly, delivery was quick (and hot!), and had a good variety. Really tasty! Definitely recommend this place and will have it again when I'm back in the area!

Seriously... the bomb! We have yet to try something we don't like. Everything we have ordered has been delicious!! Also, really appreciate being able to order 365 days a year 24/7! Delivered to us at Children's hospital on Christmas Eve at like 2 am!! Considering our circumstance at the time, we were very fortunate to be able to order food on xmas eve since we weren't able to be home. Not too many places that are open/delivers on a holiday, especially xmas!! 👍🏼😋

I USED to love this place..ordered all the time but the quality and service has only gotten worse over the last 2 years. I called to place an order at 9:30 1/4/18....I was trying to ask if they could NOT smash/ruin my viking burger this time and the person on the phone was unfriendly, lethargic, and honestly sounded like exactly the kind of incompetent stoner I don't want making my food. Why pay overpay for their food if the service is going to be shitty as well! pass...

I have been going to and ordering from American pie for years and they are the BEST! They have a wide variety of food that I have tried over this time and I have never been disappointed. From Burgers to pizza to the apple dumplings, it is all really good. Don't even get me started on the breakfast :)...... The service has always been really great. From the people at the store to the drivers, everyone I talk to there is nice and FUN!!! I would, and have, recommended American Pie to anyone!
