Definitely what I expected from burger King. Can't beat a 1.49$ 8pc chicken nuggets. It was good, came with ranch and buffalo sauce which were also good. The customer service was actually better than expected. They thanked me and responded your welcome when I thanked them back. They also allowed an old woman to come to the drive through for a meal without a car since their inside is not open. For fast food, was a good experience.

Amazing service! From the gentleman that took my order to the young man at the window so kind that patient & helpful!! Big thing was I got fresh fries & my food looks amazing. Haven’t gone to this BK in a while cause service and food was always wrong bad or Seemed like it was always reheated! Thank you guys!

Before heading there I called to make sure the lobby was open so my family and I could eat in the dinning room a very nice lady answered and said it was open. Once we got there we didn’t even make it into the lobby and a man all the way in the drive thru yelled at us and said the lobby was closed since they were short staffed. I told him I had called prior to me getting there (5 min drive)and they told me the lobby was open his response was “ well I don’t know who told you that but we’re closed so you need to leave” no apology or anything. Very rude employees there was no cars in the drive thru either they need to have better communication skills with each other or put signs on the door when the lobby is closed very disappointed.

The drive thru lane was so hard and narrow to drive in. There were only 1 way into the parking and out. Need bigger drive thru. While waiting at the window for my food. The lady in the window ask the Uber driver that was standing by the curb to come to the window and pickup his food he was delivering, He came by and grab it from the drive thru, Which i thought, They were suppose to go inside and grab their food. Unacceptable! Worst experience.

I was told directly from an employee that the lobby is open from 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, but this is now the fourth time in a 10 day stretch where whenever I try to come in to order the lobby door is locked. Today @ 6pm: lobby locked. Last Thursday @ 1:30pm: Lobby locked. The Tuesday before @ 2pm: lobby locked. Sunday @ 3pm: lobby locked AGAIN.
I'd understand if they were busy or going through a rush, that'd be fair, but there was only one person in drive-thru on a motorcycle. No line.
I'm honestly sick and tired of trying to eat at this restaurant with the lobby being seemingly always locked no matter what day or time it is.

•••Was full, we arrived to give the order at 6:48 but guy ask for wait some minutes, we have patient and he took it after 16min, we advanced to get food and 2 cars were waiting when we finished got it at windows we paid, and after 5 minutes we got the drink and started to prepare our 2 nuggets and 🍟... we finally got all (2 orders of nuggets, 1 fries, 1 frozen lemonade) at 7:18, also we ask for sauces and they give enough!!
2 cars before, decided left, was so slowly.
▪︎This is no real fast food!🤣 Maybe to eat but not to get...

I had the worst experience I ever have, they didn’t took my order right and even take the time to fixed. Not only took my order wrong they didn’t even give me what I had on the receipt is not even the first time I usually go tree times at week and expend more than $60 or $70 dollar for each day I went and not only that a white women is too rude with us, but don’t worry I’m gonna stop going there and I hope I can complete with the corporate
