I eat Costa Vida probably 2 times a week and it’s always fantastic! I’ve never had a bad experience! The employees are amazing! I’m super grateful for the amazing and fun attitudes of them! Especially Hanna and Bridget! Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back!!
Clean, helpful staff and tasted so good. This joint will be my alternative for Chipotle for me. The best thing is: this place has an amazing view of canyon.
I like Costa Vida. I visit them often. But this location was very mediocre. We stopped because we were hungry, but after a long drive, we also needed to use the rest rooms. Not being familiar with the brand, wasn't sure how to order and didn't get much guidance. I wanted a veggie burrito, but pretty much just ended up with a small tortilla of beans and rice. No grilled veggies or anything like it available. The beans were soupy and salty. Pretty pricey for a small meal
So the manager won’t respond! Yes I was upset by the food I received! I was charged extra for them NOT giving me the food that comes with a salad so when I said I didn’t get the rice and beans the most ignorant woman walks up and screams at me and my husband, that the food is there!! Mind u she loo
Friendly place with tasty food. A matter of strategy: if you want dessert, get there during normal mealtimes. Late lunch (2pm) is too late for lunch and too early for dinner dessert.
We like this place. They are generally pretty fast and the atmosphere is good. The food is usually good but can vary from time to time.
