If I could give zero stars I would. Another completely disappointing Arby's experience. This one was bad enough that I won't ever go back. We live in town and rarely try to get decent food there, but had to try the new rib sandwich. First: lg. chocolate shake, med jamocha shake. Got that wrong.
The food was good but definitely needs some cleaning. They seem really shorthanded, looked to be only a few people working with a long line outside.

I remember when a customer was thanked for buying a vendors goods and your change was counted back or even an acknowledgment of the change total handed to you. After receiving my change as "Here." in a tidy handful and when I thanked the employee for my sack - "Here's this...", I received a "Yep.".
