It was nasty 🤢. The place was so dirty and the manager was yelling at her employees. SMH and the hole order was wrong. Got my money back and left.
They had fast and friendly service. That was great. However the last 3 times I've gone, the cheeseburgers have been dry or old. Today the buns were cracking and dry. The fries were fresh and hot but not the cheeseburgers. That is kind of a deterrent.
I had such a good experience this morning! An older gentleman was super friendly (employee), my sandwich and coffee were perfect, free WIFI...I loved it!
It's overall accurate but can take awhile. I don't even bother asking about ice cream. The app won't let you redeem points and use a deal. Other chains definitely allow you to use at least one of each.
My fish sandwich had 1/4 slice of cheese and my husband's nuggets had a BITE taken out of it. Appalling.
So we got a 10 dollar bundle and a 15 dollar bundle and drove home of course our bad for not looking in the bag before driving to Monroe but none the less I drove home and realized that more then half of our food was missing. The person running the register wasn't watching what they were doing. The coffee order was wrong, and instead of allowing us to pay as normal, she charged my son's account on the app!!!!because he used his app for a coupon, FFS not ok snd refused to fix it.
There are the worst nuggets ever. Dry to the touch. Lack any type of grease and feel microwaved. Not good business. I feel frauded. Worst is im still hungry as i wont be eating this.
