The lady at the window was super nice, even let us know our fries were really hot but who ever made this chicken sandwich definitely does not deserve $15 an hour and our fries had no salt at all (adding a picture of the receipt to prove we didn’t ask for no salt or for them to take anything off

The manager(I believe his name is Alexander) is a god send to this location. Friendly and efficient. We’ve been going to this location for many years and this is the first time ever that we have had a great experience. I hope McDonalds recognizes his great work! Give that guy a raise!

Seems like they skimp on the French fries. Ordered a large fries and looks like a medium. Second visit update- ordered chicken nuggets and they were quite brown, shows the fryer oil is dirty and needs to be changed.

Honestly, this is one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. The manager “Brian” is a gem and I hope they know it. I want my daughters to marry a guy like him. Anyway props to this McDonalds and thank you so much.

Great location for McDonald's right off the freeway, located inside of a truck stop gas station. Only gave 4 stars due to the fact that I have been here numerous times and seems depending on the employees working that it takes longer than most locations to get your order. However, they seem to always get the orders correct which is a plus for anyone. Update to this day this place is still great and on top of orders!

We stopped here. I ordered a egg, sausage and cheese mcgriddle. Even went in too order cause we have stopped here in the past on the way through back home too Oshkosh, I didn't get my sausage on the sandwich. On top of it HAIR in it!!! I call too complain and I get told by the manager too take my receipt too any McDonald's and they will fix it. UM really! Volunteering a McDonald's too fix your issue and not necessarily any McDonald's will fix it, why put your customer in that situation with another restaurant? UNBELIEVABLE! We have stopped here as well in the past on way through back to Oshkosh and food is ALWAYS incomplete and missing our order! I will never come here again and HIGHLY recommended stopping somewhere else!!!! Blames it on the Brewers game ending and being busy, okay well than prepare for it!!! You know it's going to happen, prepare and schedule accordingly for it!!!

This place is never clean, never has adequate staffing and rude employees (same with the travel plaza it's connected to). We won't stop there again after giving it multiple chances on our travels. Go a couple exits down on the freeway if you need to stop.

Food was great. Normal Kids working there. Dining room closed but employees taking break and eating in there. I was told dining room closed and had to go somewhere else. Pretty bad I have to eat my food on the top of a washing machine in the attached truck stop.

I ordered a 10piece chicken nugget meal. They took forever to make it first of all and then when I got it I went into the gas station they share a building with and paid for gas. I went outside and pumped my gas and then pulled into a spot to eat. My fries were only filled up halfway. I went back inside which I never do and showed them, where they proceeded to tell me I was gone for 15min, which I wasn't, and they also told me that she put more fries than that in there. And asked if was with someone. I told them I didn't touch the fries and am alone. They accused me of lying to get free shit. All I wanted was the fries filled up the rest of the way. I've never been treated like that, especially at McDonald's. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I was given a regular coke that was marked diet. I am a diabetic. I had only used enough insulin to cover my order. If I hadn't mentioned to my daughter-in-law how good it tasted I would have drank the entire large soda. Sadly I had drank most of it. My glucose level is high enough for me to have a seizure and I did not have extra insulin with me. This was a quick trip to Waupaca and back. By the time I found out i was in trouble it was too late to do anything about it, we were almost there. I called the manager but let's face it I am talking to another very young person. This is a life and death issue. No offer to repay me for the insulin I had to buy to save my life. Just a comment that she would talk to the person involved. A lot of good that is going to do me.
