The coffee was good, my wife got a breakfast tea instead of green tea. My flat white tasted more milky rather than like espresso. The place was very clean and well organized. Kind staff. 4.5 stars otherwise!
We had amazing coffee with spice. Definitely recommend The Arsonist for enthusiasts who want to try coffee with spice. It will definitely make your day!

Friendly team and great mix of coffee drinks. Tidy selection of scones, muffins, and 'stuffed' bagels for food options. Maybe a dozen tables for in-house dining and a drive-through for to-go service.
My coffee was excellent. I order an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. Super smooth and creamy.
I also ordered a "stuffed bagel." To the owner: don't do food if you can't do food. A microwaved prepackaged bagel is 12 kinds of wrong. Please find a local bakery to feature that will wholesale to you.

Nice coffee shop. The staff are friendly and make good coffee. Good seating and enjoyable atmosphere. I would say though, I’d rather not be able to hear employees talking about customers. Very unprofessional.
As someone that doesn't drink coffee or tea, they had plenty of options for me to choose from. I received a lot of help in making my choices from a super nice lady at the register.
This is my GO-TO coffee shop never had a bad coffee here. My daughter really wanted a “pink drink” from Starbucks so the girl working whipped her up something that was so good (and cute) she was very happy.

Absolutely LOOOOOOOVE this place. I've been coming for years, and I'm never dissatisfied. I get a blended milky way with an additional shot(for a total of 6) and it'll send me right away into delectable happiness. 😋 Can't forget about the whipped cream, always perfect on top.

Coffee here is good, more on the bitter side, more bitter than Roasters, and not smokey flavored like Starbucks. One of the few independent coffee shops in Tri-Cities that sells 32oz sizes.
Great coffee shop vibe with fantastic pastries and yummy coffee. One of my go to coffee houses in the Tri Cities.
